Chipotle Mexican Grill

I went into Chipotle and was having a blah day. Figured the good fresh meal would provide the energy I needed to turn my day around. IT WAS, that and great service from my cashier SAYRA. Encourage this location if you are in the area.

4 stars on a good day when they’re fully stocked in everything. They’ve definitely improved! I feel as though the food wasn’t always seasoned like some other chipotles but hey. I’ll still eat a burrito! Some servers try to skimp you but some will be heavy handed.

Not a big fan of tex-​mex burritos, but had a craving for one so decided to try Chipotle. The workers were nice and friendly. They made my burrito the way I instructed them to. Prices are comparable to fast food/​take out restaurant. The beans and rice were comparable to what you would get at taco cabana. Rice might be a little bit more flavorful than TC, though. The reason for the three stars is the steak, it was kinda chewy and they were pretty stingy with meat portions. The steak did not have that much flavor either, think I enjoyed the side items more than the steak. The floors were a bit dirty but thay could be because the sheer number of people that visit this place. When I was there I did see a worker cleaning the tables and sweeping the floors. It wasn’t packed to the brim but during my lunch there was definetly a lot of people coming in and out. Maybe next time I’ll try the carnitas and see if it’s better than the steak.

Friday evening dinner pickup consisted of waiting in a line that stretched all the way to the backdoor and about a 15-​minute wait to order. Still, it was worth the wait. The service was on-​point and our order was made well. They ran out of the grilled veggies so, after we paid, they had some fresh veggies come out which they packed in some foil and gave us to take with us.
Beware that there is a Chick-​fil-​a next door so the whole area can get pretty busy during busier dining hours. Not only can getting into and out of the area be more challenging but so can parking. A minor issue but worth noting in case you don’t like dealing with such a rush.

The cleanest, fastest and friendliest Chipotle in town. I come to this specific location at least two times a week, they even know my order.

Disappointing… I use to get a good amount for the price but today I got half of what I usually get… the serving size was very small… I won’t be coming back anytime soon. Unless of course if they get the old people back. idk I really had only 5 dollars worth. ARE YOU KIDDING?

Meat is to salty, i dont know but we order many times but still taste salty they have to less thier salt.

Love this location. They’re never stingy with their servings and they always have a smile for you. I never leave reviews, but I had to leave one today. My husband and I were about to pay for our food when he noticed he forgot his wallet. They held the food for us while he went to retrieve it from home, and when he came back, they told us to they were remaking it so we could eat it hot. We didn’t even ask! You don’t find people like this anymore. Kudos to your staff, Edgar and Cathy!

Amazing Mexican food that is as healthy as fast food can ever get! You won’t find frozen meals there, that have been cooked 6 months ago and then microwaved. Everything is cooked and made in-​house. Meats are hormone free and locally sourced when available.

Everyone who works here is great in general. We’ve been coming here intermittently for 5 years now. The only times we have had bad experiences are when an employee named Evelyn is working. She always seems angry to make our food and I don’t think she has ever cracked a smile in her life. She’s insanely stingy with making your food. Today she charged us for an extra scoop of corn on a veggie bowl, there have been multiple occasions where she ‘threatens’ to charge us extra for stuff that comes regularly on a bowl. Seriously for friggin corn. Not customer friendly at all. I honestly despise coming to this place now just because she works there. I don’t mind getting charged extra for stuff, but service with a smile is always appreciated. Treat your customers better and we’ll keep coming. Other than our interactions with this particular employee, this chipotle seems to be doing everything else appropriately. If she’s working, just ask for someone else to make your food for you and you’ll have a guaranteed great experience!

Good food, good prices, typically clean tables, sadly almost always super busy (or perhaps the staff is super slow). Speed things up and it’d be five stars…

This place has never failed me. Every time I get a bowl, they make it right on point. Good chicken and good steak. Awesome guacamole.

It’s never too busy and the food is typical Chipotle’ and taste great; however, the meat portions are smaller than other locations hence the three stars. I’ve never dined in, but I did notice one guest returning her burrito bowl because there was a fly in her lettuce.

This is the closest location to where I live. I actually prefer some of the other locations around town. I decided to drop in here and it was decent. Nothing to rave about or complain about. I ordered a burrito and chips and salsa. My only complaint was that the salsa didn’t taste good to me. The service was fast but the lady that was making my burrito didn’t seem too friendly by the way she threw my burrito together. I went kind of late so she could have been a little tired.

Since my Freebirds Fiasco near Tomball, I have been feigning a superb burrito. Although me and my holiday weight gain have been battling for a couple of weeks, Chipotle was the best option at this particular time of day to partake of and satisfy my burrito binge.
Shopping center is usually full any time of the day, but there seems to be adequate parking – even if it’s kind of weird. Lots of different angles and turns to create mini parking lots for each suite in the shopping center suites near the feeder.
Anywho, this Chipotle location is as nice as any other. Tables and ordering area are clean. Staff was friendly and fast with taking orders. Basically, if you’ve been to one Chipotle and you liked it, you won’t be disappointed by this one. Burrito is massive! It could be easily split into two to be shared or to be greedily devoured by 1 (I’m the latter)!
On this occasion, I opted for the chicken. Almost purchased the carnitas (pork), but when I asked the worker about it, she couldn’t give me an answer right away. Plus it looked a little dry.
Ingredients were fresh and favorable – just as I remembered from previous visits of yesteryear. If I wanted to be a stickler, I would say the burrito could have been wrapped better on one end, but really? Honestly? It’s not like a casserole that you’re storing in the oven. Besides, I would like to see anyone off the street try to wrap a burrito the size of your bicep!
Had to buy the chips to complete the experience. They have a hint of lime that goes great with salsa, so splurge for that extra item.
One thing that is new that maybe just at this location is the alcohol. I know beer has been served at Chipotle for years, but now they serve margaritas! Maybe I’ll try one on my next visit.
Despite the taste of the food and overall cleanliness of the store, there were a few areas that stuck out to me:
1) beverage area needed to be attended to – customers had made a mess filling up their cups and getting straws.
2) the tables intended for groups, which are situated near the front corner of the store, makes the place feel congested, In fact, it’s difficult to get around the corner and go to the bathroom because of how close the tables are to each other.
3) Once you walk the green mile to the bathroom, lo and behold, there isn’t a hook to hang your purse. Sure, you could place you bag on top of the bowl cover, but ummm.. .no. Negative for me – especially when I just bought a new purse. Since it’s also not advisable to sit on the toilet seat at a public location, holding my purse while I peed was a bit of a challenge – one that I would not advise after doing squats and bicep curls at the gym! At least the restroom is clean, and possesses exceptional washing and drying components, but no hook in the bathroom? Makes me wonder who designed this bathroom? I know this maybe on a tangent, but I know this detail is extremely important to the ladies, so if you come with a friend, let them hold your purse! There’s only one bathroom, no stalls, so only one of you could go at a time anyway.
Overall, quality and quantity of the food for the price is worth the visit.
If you’ve never been, you have the option of having a taco or bowl instead of the burrito. They also have kids meals too for $ 3:75 — 4:50 range.

Pretty good. I like other places better like Mission Burrito and Freebirds, but this is a good place to get your burrito fix… if you have one of those.

I ordered online and when I opened my bowl at home, there was nothing but sour cream and rice.

My husband and i always get the bowls. Chicken for him and barbacoa for me. Awesome service … awesome food …

I have always been a fan of Chipotle, and I visited this location for lunch. Not much to complain, the line wasn’t long (it was a Wednesday) and the servers were fast and courteous. It was my first time trying out their new brown rice option and I like it a lot.
I am not going to go into the whole Freebird vs. Mission vs. Chipotle burritos war, however I will say this: Chipotle honestly has the better steak IMO. Chipotle is always consistently good and this location got my vote.

Best Veggie Fajita burrito on earth! The chips are amazing also!
