Worst Cici’s by far! I came here after church with friends and their kids for a pleasant lunch(mostly for the little ones). We walked in and I could not help to notice that kids under 3 aren’t free but for a dollar charge, I don’t know about you but when one establishment makes up their own prices from the rest of the Cici’s it means they are in desperate need of more money and that is what exactly they were in need of. First things first I was not in the mood for pizza but I did end up having a couple slices after I paid my $ 9 for buffet but OK, So I was more interested in the salad and chicken noodle soup. I got both and couldn’t help to notice that I had to wash my own utensils! All the silverware was filthy and disgusting matching their cold and tasteless chicken noodle soup. The restaurant was pretty busy however the bar was empty and with not much of a selection of pizza, their Soda machine had popular drinks that were out of order(that looked like it had been broken for awhile) but I loved the most was the seating area! We were a party of 8 and we couldn’t even put tables together because a large portion of the room was tied to a rope to where people couldn’t seat on that side of the dinning area! So we all sat in completely different tables because we did not want to ask people to move over so we could place our tables together. In other words: Disgusting, nasty, and run down.

I used to enjoy eating here because adults could relax and watch CNN in the back while kids played in the front and in the game room. The back half has been roped off for about a year and everyone is forced to sit crowded into the front where light from the windows is so blinding that it makes it hard to see the TV. Today the employees were sitting in the dining area visiting where there were many tables full of dirty dishes and trash. Also learned today that trays are no longer available so you can juggle your salad, pizza, drink, cheese and napkins all in two hands or make five trips instead. Pizza here is usually ok but I feel about pizza the way Woody Allen feels about sex; even when pizza is bad, it’s still pretty good. Just wish they wouldn’t make me feel like I was eating in a dirty broom closet. You have a nice big space. You should let your customers enjoy it. Your employees certainly seem to have enough time on their hands that they could keep the whole place tidy if they wanted to.

Filthy, about 10 tables filed with leftover pizza and no one was cleaning. Salad bar was filthy and smelled like urine. Forks and knifes were dirty. Employees standing around not doing anything. Floors were sticky to walk on. Need to shut it down and clean it from scratch. Never been to a place this filthy like that before Who is a manager and what is he doing? This is not that old of a place to be this bad of shape.

Don’t come here. The pizza they had out tasted like it had been sitting under the Warmers for 3 days. They had NO napkin dispensers. They had run out of Parmesan cheese & red pepper flakes. A complete joke of an establishment. Clown show

Brown edges lettuce on the salad bar want very appetizing. The dressing bottles were cakes with dried dressing and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The quarter toy machines were yellowed and dirty. The forks didn’t look clean either. No disposable cups available unless you pay $.50 extra for a jumbo cup. It was nice that 2 and under are $.99.

Don’t waste your time here. It’s Saturday and they only have 3 slices of pizza on the whole bar and they look old. They have no napkins no pizza and no one is cleaning the tables. Worst cicis I have ever been too.

All you can eat for only 3.99! Only that was still true. I swear they had one of the catchiest jingles of all time. The price now is about 5.79 plus the cost of a drink if you so choose. It’s still very affordable but I guess all you can eat for 5.79 just doesn’t stick as much. This location is pretty clean, and they refill the pizzas frequently. It had been many years since I went to a Cici’s but now they have a little mini soup area. The main reason I even bother coming back are the cinnamon rolls!

The service is great and while the food is not gourmet, it is just like any other cicis. The location there me off a bit and I honestly did not have high expectations. So if you are in the area and you get a craving for cicis or if you have kids and you don’t want to cook for the night. take them here to cicis. You won’t regret it!

Service is incredible. The food is just like any other cicis. Not a gourmet meal but one of my guilty pleasures. The entire staff is incredibly helpful and doesn’t get upset at your special requests no matter how close to closing you come in. Something sitting out on the buffet look cold — they’ll make it fresh if you ask. Just picked up my to go order — the cashier took the time to explain the pricing bc I thought it was too high. Did it with a smile! Love driving to this location. Check it out!
