Cleaner’s Box

I’m guessing this place is closed? Nobody answers the phone number listed, there is no outgoing message and when I look up their website it directs me to godaddy asking if I want to purchase the domaine. It’s so hard finding a good dry cleaner!

Cleaner’s box is very convenient and the customer service is great. However, I have a few complaints:
1. The representative from cleaner’s box was late for more than an hour when picking up the clothes and when dropping them off. I would prefer a more accurate ETA next time.
2. I asked for a notion to be re-​sown, but instead, someone had sewn shut the buttonhole. I think this is just a lack of QA and failure to communicate.
3. The website was down when I tried to sign up for their services.
Since this is a start-​up, I’m sure they will improve their services. I will revise my rating at a later date upon witnessing improvements in business.

My apartment has a drop-​off locker, which is incredibly convenient and lets me think about my dry cleaning as little as possible. The quality has been great, and the service is pretty fast. The only complaint I had was that signing up on the website was a bit confusing, and I had to call to get my clothes picked up after I had already requested a pick up through the website. However, everyone I’ve spoken to has been super friendly and helpful. I will definitely keep using their services!

Cleaner’s Box was truly a great experience. Their customer service is excellent and the final product is really good. They pick up and deliver to your door with just a few easy steps on their website and can do same day delivery if your clothes are picked up early enough. I will use cleaner’s box again 100% guaranteed. They are a Houston start up and need to get their name out there so try them out. The price is so great as well. Try Cleaner’s Box the next time you need dry cleaning and you will be extremely happy with the convenience, price, and final product. My shirts and slacks haven’t looked this good since I bought them.

Even though I love using Unilocal,which has been particularly helpful since I just moved to Houston without having any family and friends here, and having to find everything new from a nail salon to a dentist. I don’t frequently take the time out to write a review. But– I feel like Cleaner’s Box truly deserves it!
My husband needed his clothes dry cleaned, so as usual I checked on Unilocal.I had narrowed it down to two inexpensive cleaners: this other business which was close by with good reviews, good hours, and an informative website. and Cleaner’s box. Cleaner’s had all the perks of the other place, minus any reviews, but was offering a deal ($ 10 for $ 20 of services). and Cleaner’s box is concierge! They pick up and drop off to your door!
I put in my request online (you can choose either AM or PM pickup), the gentleman called me right before coming to confirm I was ready, dumped all the clothes in their company bag. The next day, I received a funny text stating how long I was away from my fresh clothes, the same gentleman brought my clothes all perfect in their company garment bag (no single plastic wraps to deal with. being green!), accepted my Unilocal deal and I paid the rest with my credit card on the spot. and thats it! I would say that was the easiest, most cost-​effective, transaction I’ve ever had!
I just confirmed with my husband, since they were his clothes, and his response «yea they did a good job!» And he doesn’t always believe in going with inexpensive things. I will definitely be using them again!
