Very good service. Friendly, professional. They do a good job of cleaning. But value? No. The prices are in the stratosphere.

They lost my jacket for the second time, and since a month I’m calling like 100 times for that matters, didn’t take my jacket back or refund my 37.00 $. I will never back to them ever. They are horrible horrible horrible

Should have read the reviews before going… I asked how much it was going to cost when I dropped off 2 dresses, they told me 16.95 a piece. This was way more than I’d usually pay but I was in a rush so I did it. Came back to pick it up and the bill was $ 48! For 2 normal work dresses– not anything fancy! Apparently, cotton material is an extra charge over the 16.95 baseline price which I think is pretty ridiculous… they won’t be seeing me again

HIGHWAYROBBERY. I don’t know why anyone would pay this much fora cleaners that doesn’t even put the bag on your clothes. Just go to DJ Ella Cleaners instead. Ghetto customer service at this MW location for an Uptown price.

I requested my polo shirts be laundered, not dry cleaned. They laundered 1 and dry cleaned the others and charged accordingly. I’m not coming back again.

Not worth the money. Customer service is nonexistent, and they are not reliable. When you finally get your clothes(if they do not lose them), they do a nice job, but nothing that warrants the price.

THEYTRICKEDME! I went there to get my vietnamese traditional dress pressed for new years. I was way too scared to try and iron it myself so I brought it there to get pressed. It comes in 2 parts… a dress and pants. How much do you think it would cost for this? According to the person that was working there, it would be roughly $ 10 plus or minus $ 5. I didn’t have much of a choice since I don’t know of many other dry cleaners in the area, so I was fine with it. I come back to get my dress the next day… and the bill was nearly $ 35! WHAAAAT?! SERIOUSLY?! $ 35 just to get it pressed?! I don’t have $ 35 to spend on getting a dress pressed. I need that money for more important things such as cupcakes or some other fatty food that is way overpriced. Moral of the story, definitely way over priced but i guess they did a good job.

I do not recommend this at all. I will never go back. $ 37 for 3 items. my whole bill was $ 143!!! I was infuriated. The woman at the counter was not at all surprised by my reaction, she must get it often! I agree with the previous reviewers. The dry cleaning is good, but not worth the price, and the staff is not knowledgeable.

Did they do a good job? Yes. Is it expensive? Hell yes. Will I go back? Probably not. So here’s the deal. I had brought some Indian clothes to be dry cleaned in time for a wedding I was attending. Now these clothes have embroidery and all sort of fancy things so these definitely need to be handled with care. I dropped off my clothes here since it’s close to the gym and I was in a rush. I had used them in the past and they are a little pricier but nothing too extravagant. So I go back to pick up my clothes. The bill was $ 80! I asked in horror as to a) why so expensive and b) why in the hell didn’t they tell me that when I dropped it off. So the high price was due to the fact that they had to clean the clothes by hand. Fair enough. And they didn’t tell me when I dropped off because apparently the person working that day didn’t realize/know. Now I figure for these kind of items they should be able to tell you right there and then that it’s a special item and it will cost premium. So they either need to post their prices on the wall or hire knowledgeable staff. I dunno. I was turned off by this f***ery and haven’t been back since.

I’ve been going to another location on Kirby and Holcombe. Last time I brought my suit in for cleaning for the first time, they managed to put a tear on my sleeve. It looked like the jacket got caught in something. They offered to replace or repair it. The repair(invisible mending… but slightly noticeable still) took a month. Prior to this incident, their quality of work and service was quite good, as should be expected given the prices they charge. I’m still miffed about them putting a hole in my brand new suit and debating whether I should go back there or not

Is now called MW Cleaners. Nice place but not cheap at all. They put little bar codes on your dry cleaning so they can track it. Auto billing is a real time saver. They do a good job.
