Plain and simple, employees should be empowered to sell sandwiches even when the computer is down. Texhnology problems should not prevent sandwiches from being made and sold at 6:45PM on a Monday night. I will think twice before I visit this Subway franchise again.

This is a pretty new Subway so everything is all shiny and clean and modern looking. I didn’t even know they were here before as I guess the shopping center was recently remodeled, but they have a good location for lunch so I’m glad there are more options there now along with the Whole Foods across the street. At lunch, all the office monkeys from the buildings next door come out and stand in line along with the construction workers from all the freaking new high-rise constructions in the area so it’s kind of fun to people watch the various career choices and see who’s smiling and who’s not. Food quality is on par with Subway so not much to say there.

I really like this location. They can get a little busy during the lunch rush but I never have to wait more than 5 – 10 min, even when the line is to the door. The dining area is always very clean and the chips/drink machine are well stocked. The employees are friendly and work quickly to make sure you can get in and out. As for the food, well, it’s Subway. You either like it or don’t really. It’s not any better or worse than any other location, it’s really just the location itself that makes this one worth coming to.
