Avoid this one it is so bad!!! don’t recommend this at all! my fries had mcflurry on it

Not impressed, it is a 24 hour McDonald’s, yet when I come by at 1:45am. There is no apple pies, mcflurrys or fresh French fries? I don’t think it should be 24 hours if it can provide customers with the entire menu for 24 hours.
The staff was friendly on the speaker phone but gave us an attitude when we wanted anything sweet and they didn’t have any and made it seem like our problem
I’ve been to better locations
On another occasion, there was a tiny Hispanic or light skin black girl that had a REALLY bad attitude inside. She seemed like she was too good to hurry when she saw I was in a rush, I told her I wanted a Reece’s mcflurry since it’s clearly on the menu and she said we ain’t got that.
I asked are you out or you just don’t have it ?
She said we don’t make that anymore.
She really never gave me a direct response until a few questions later, be nice and your will be treated nice.
I don’t care if you are having a bad day, every customer is a new customer. Treat them as such.

Poor customer service. Poor attitude. I had to ask for a refund because they kept mucking up my order and instead of trying to get it right, they wandered off and laughed among themselves and not listen to the customer — thus why they kept mucking it up. I am not sure if the staff is high on something or not but it was weird. The shift manager was just as unapologetic and oblvious.

Clean restrooms and fast service. Plenty of parking and easy to get to from the main road. Only four stars to be fair, esp since I didn’t eat here.

I’ve had a change of heart about this location. In the last 3 times I’ve come here, service has been polite and quick and the parking lot not as full. Since I often work with someone who only spends a maximum of $ 3 on lunch, it’s a good compromise. Of course, I still think it was wasteful for them to demolish a new McDonald’s in order to build a smaller McDonalds on the same spot but MBA’s are not the smartest bunch. *innocent look*

This place was cleaner then most fast food joints. The customer service was pretty a-​ok. They weren’t rude, and asked politely for my order. The food was as usual, not great looking, but still tastes the same. I would recommend it here out of all the other local fast food joints.

Went through the drive-​through today at noon, and ordered the two cheeseburger value meal. When I opened up one of the cheeseburgers, there was literally no meat — just bread, cheese and pickles. What made this worse is that when I tried to call the restaurant to complain (phone # on receipt), no one ever picked up the phone. In fact, it sounded like a fax machine! I googled this restaurant, and found the complaint about the phone several times over.
After this, I went to the website where they asked for feedback and gave them an earful. We’ll see if I ever hear back, but as far as I am concerned, they owe me at least a partial refund. (I understand mistakes get made, it’s the lack of opportunity to discuss with a live person that bothers me.)
Update: I received a response from my input on the website, and was comped the same meal I had ordered. Turns out the restaurant’s phone number is also used as its fax number — odd (and cheap). I appreciate the comp, and upped my review from 1 to 3 stars as a result.

Ok so here’s what happened
Me and my friend wanna do some work and eat at the same time it was around
10pm and this location closed at 11 so my friend bought he’s laptop to do some work and this guy (black guy) he switch off the wifi for some reason maybe he just did that because were white !!! So I asked him why the wifi is off he Said idk ok well can u do something about it he said no and by the way we close at 11 I was like whatttt !! Never come back at this location

The location is nice and new! It is always clean, but the service is mediocre. In the drive through they dangle your food out the window after you pay. That bothers me, I understand fast food but geez. Please don’t ask for anything else like extra napkins (since only 2 are giving in the bag).
But hey its McDonald’s

New facility is clean and well organized. It also has an outdoor seating area. As to food, it is standard McDonald’s fare — consistent quality and value.
Maybe because neighbors do not realize this location has reopened but volume of customers is much lower than others I have been to on a weekend morning.
For McDonald’s, this is one of the best I have been to in the world.

Stopped in today for a sundae, my first time back in 2 years. I was amazed with the modern décor and the cleanliness. The staff were friendly too. (I took no pics; I see no pics of today’s McDonald’s on Unilocal

Good food but you can’t understand the lady taking the order on the drive thru.

It’s a McDonald’s for the Galleria rich, as it has an upstairs. And your standard RedBox.
I went late around 10PM, so the upstairs area was closed. That didn’t stop one couple from sneaking up there to presumably have sex.

Most people know about McDonald’s, but I’m reviewing it because fast food restaurants often don’t show up on restaurant searches.
Big Mac: ⁴⁄₅ — They always hit the spot for me. McDonald’s gets a bad rap for being an unhealthy fast food chain, but that’s not exactly true. People will get much fatter eating at a typical sit-​down restaurant than eating at McDonald’s every day. The Big Mac’s calories at 550 calories is comparable to Chick-fil-A’s Deluxe Chicken Sandwich at 500 calories.
Fries: ⁵⁄₅ — These are the best fast food fries which is why other restaurants compare to it.
Service: ³⁄₅
Ambiance: ²⁄₅

It must have taken a lot for me to give a crappy review about this Mcdonalds. ⁹⁄₁₀ times I go to this location they get my order wrong.
The last two times I ordered a 20 piece chicken nuggets and they substituted two of the nuggets for some chicken strips? I also had ordered two apple pies and got a pumpkin pie instead. fail.
My last incedent ¹¹⁄₂₇ — I ordered 2 hot & spicy’s and a mcdouble; and of course they didnt give me my mcdouble. double fail.
I’m not so concered as the food quality — just that the consistency of service SUCKS! I advise you to check your order before you drive off because more than likely it’s wrong!
**PS, i’ve also noticed a trend that it’s usually the night shift that is getting everything wrong

whew. was a long good week with the folks in town. stopped thru last sat morn for some coffee for ‘em.went to order and pops stopped me and said. i got this homes.2 sr. coffees please!!! lol
had to get that discount!!!

On my last visit to Houston I ran into this McDonald’s. This is probably the coolest McDonald’s I have ever been to. It had a nice chilling vibe to it; the 2^nd floor dining area had comfortable contemporary furniture. I got the feeling that this McDonalds was geared to adults, or other cool parents like me. It still serves all your favorite McDonald’s eats and treats; only with style. I could spend some couple of hours here studying, and wasting time on the free WiFi. But, I was on vacation so I had no time to chill. The kids were ready to go cause this McDonald’s was too quiet for them. So based how cool this McDonald’s looks I have to give it 5 stars.
