Domino’s Pizza

The online order was super easy to place, but I couldn’t sign up for the reward point because it kept telling me my email was wrong.
Chad delivered the pizza surprisingly fast and it was hot and fresh. Over all a good experience.

I usually have trouble with this location, but Memo this time was amazing! I appreciate a good manager! Thank you!

This is my usual spot (the 1910 W 18^th store) to order my hungover pizza when I need something quick. I usually order a gluten free Deluxe Feast or a gluten free Extravaganza Feast. I place the order online — the process is super easy and you can save a profile so you can easily order the same thing next time. I also like the tracking feature — it tells you when the pizza is actually out for delivery so you know to look out for it. I have never once had a problem with delivery — it’s always really fast even during peak ordering times. I always enjoy the pizza; it’s perfectly crispy and toppings are not skimped on.
All that being said, I only gave it three stars because, well, it IS Dominos and I have had a couple problems that should be noted:
1. Be careful when ordering a specialty pizza online — I tried to add toppings once (Parmesan cheese and olives) and instead of getting the specialty pizza plus the extras, all I got was black olives and Parmesan cheese. AND the crust was burnt. However, I have no idea if this was a computer glitch or the store so I don’t think the store can be fully blamed.
2. One pizza I ordered had multiple hairs… I don’t think I need to say much more.
Regardless of any issues, I still order from here. Any place is bound to make mistakes. I could order from Pinks and maybe get slightly higher quality, but this Domino’s is predictable 9 times out of ten and always gets here on time. I would have liked to give 3.5 stars because I think it’s a little better than average, but that option isn’t available :(

I bought a large pepperoni pizza expecting fresh gooey cheese and meaty pepperonis but got a pizza that must have been sitting there for hours. There was absolutely no sauce and the texture was like cardboard. When you have to bite the pepperoni like a piece of beef jerky there is a problem. Calling Papa Johns to save dinner.

I thought I would give these guys a shout out on the eve of 4^th of July. We ordered 15 pizzas and they were received within 45 minutes from order to delivery hot and ready. Thank you for the prompt and courteous delivery. You guys Rock!

I wanted to write a review because even though this is a chain restaurant it is a very well run and friendly establishment! I have ordered from here multiple times, and only had one issue when the bacon I ordered was ham. What am I Canadian? I bought 5 pizzas for a birthday party over the weekend and ordered the night before online, and they were ready the minute I had asked. They also have a bangin’ deal for $ 7.99 L Pizza on Tue-​Thurs. Choo Choo! Next stop my thighs.
BIG DEAL: You can call this place’s local number which is a huge deal. Pizza Hut goes to a call center which is killer if there are any issues.

Great timing. Friendly delivery driver. Food is good. Such that you have to pay extra for red peppers and parmesan cheese but that’s only a minor thing.

The pizza was hot & wonderful (as it always is); and the delivery guy wants very friendly. Having a friendly delivery person always helps me decide whether or not to get another pizza here. And I’ve ALWAYS had friendly people. But, as I said-​the pizza was very good & I would recommend it to all my friends.

By far the best pizza delivery I have received in a long time. I normally order from Papa Johns but decided to give Domino’s a try. Man am I glad I did. I place my order at 1:32pm and received my order at 1:52pm. That is the fastest I have ever received an order. The delivery driver was very polite. I love the ‘Dominos Tracker’ on the website after your order is placed! Wonderful idea. This place is amazing and I will definetly be ordering from them from now on!

Domino’s won me over when they changed up their receipe… yumm. I like the 18^th St location the best, everyone there is very polite and they always get my order right! AND once when I had to wait because they had been running late due to a power outage. they offered me a free dessert or soft drink for my inconvenience. really!

Deluxe Feast Pizza: ⁴⁄₅ — Domino’s has really improved the quality of their food recently. The Deluxe Feast is topped with pepperoni, Italian sausage, green peppers, mushrooms, onions & mozzarella cheese.
Italian Sausage Marinara Pasta: ⁴⁄₅ — The penne pasta was baked in a tomato basil marinara sauce w/​Italian sausage, Italian seasonings, & provolone cheese.
Sweet Mango Habanero Wings: ⁴⁄₅ — The wings are small, but juicy w/​good flavor.
Service: ⁴⁄₅ — The delivery was faster than the 35 minutes that was promised. The delivery person was clean cut & friendly.

Close, convenient, good price for a thursday night. 7.99 large three topping carry out. I ordered online, it tracked on my phone to tell when complete. Cooked through and evenly. Toppings were right. Not a 5 star because everytime I go to pick up from this store, all the delivery vehicles (6 of them this time) are parked in the spots directly infront of their store front.

They get two stars for their speed and I love the tracker that lets you know when your pizza has been made. The pizza, however, is the worst I’ve ever had anywhere. I even wrote the company to complain and they didn’t even care. No taste whatsoever unless cardboard is a flavor.
