The follow up service at this store is horrific. I ordered a full living room of furniture. Had to call and ask for the custom pillows to be delivered when they didn’t show up with the sofa, chairs, and rug. They wanted me to drive into Houston to get them when I paid for delivery.(I live about 30 miles from the store.) Then, when the designer came out with the pillows, we showed her that the new rug wasn’t holding up well and that less than two weeks in the cat had nearly destroyed it. She just sighed and tried to leave the house as fast as she could. We paid for the extra coverage for damage, and asked her to check and see if it would be covered. She, again, tried to get out of the house asap, with a wishy washy commitment to follow up. That was NOVEMBER2015! They don’t return calls and the designer who had NO problem taking my money has yet to call and give us an answer or help with the rug. I will never purchase anything from this store or Ethan Allen again after this experience. Buyer beware.

Zero stars if I could. Nancy is the store manager. Shirley is a sales associate. Neither has any idea what service is. I will never come here again.

Girl in the front of store busy eating and talking on the phone to a friend. They acted as if they were not interested in my big order. Have ordered furniture since Sept. 29th. Told order would take eight weeks at the longest. I asked if they could call me a cab and they acted as if that was impossible. I called myself. Called to check on status and and got the run around. I was called from a Corpus Christi store to come and pick up my furniture… I live three hours away. It was then shipped to San Antonio? I have been told to call three different numbers in Texas. No one knows what is going on. Polite but that doesn’t help. They have my money and I start the new year without furniture. I will not order from them again.
