It’s a bad sign when you walk in at the height of the lunch hour and there were only four people eating in the entire restaurant. On top of that, it took 15 minutes to get a grilled chicken sandwich out of the kitchen. Ordered the grilled chicken to go with extra crispy french fries. First the good news. Chicken breast was cooked well and it’s a good size. There were four strips of bacon on the sandwich! They also include at Least two slices of Swiss cheese. Overall a good looking sandwich. That is, until you look at the lettuce. Some of it was black. A large quantity of French fries, however, they definitely were not crispy. Would I go back? Probably not.

This use to be my spot… oh but now. It’s too ghetto, unorganized and ratchet. Customer service does not exist and it seems like the only people that may actually take their jobs seriously here are the cooks.

This place is ghetto as hell! A friend and I came in for drinks after work and walked into a full on brawl. Drinks and furniture was thrown and people were hurt. I have no idea how this bar is still operating. There needs to be a complete sweep of the ratchet employees working there too. I should’ve gotten video of this, but the waitresses and servers were being so loud in the kitchen. They were yelling and screaming about the fight that my friend and I walked in on. The patrons were involved too. Some were running in and out of the place, talking about who was going to get beat up and they were trying to challenge each other further. This place is straight up hood. Don’t go there unless you’re trying to fight someone or get fought. TOTHEOWNERS, CLOSETHISPLACEDOWN.

I wish I could rate this place as a no star. My boyfriend and 6 of his friends had paid a deposit of $ 70 to eat the 27lb burger. They made reservations about a month ago on a Saturday for 7:00pm. He called at 4:00pm to confirm the reservation for the waitress to say there was no reservation. The point of this review is because my boyfriend has been back and forth with him to get a refund for the deposit being that they didn’t eat at the establishment. Not only that the manager has been giving him the run around about the refund constantly telling him to come back on this day or the next and still haven’t did his job. Then to find out he debuted his account a second time for an additional 70 $. So now he will be going up there today to hopefully get his refund back. This is bad business and I wouldn’t eat here. My boyfriend also said the place is just chaos and unorganized.

This place was so hood! First of all, me and my friend went on a Sunday night. We were looking for a place to have drinks and appetizers. Well, I have to admit that her and I looked way to fancy when we walked into this place. One of the waitress there(no name tag) said hello to us, but didn’t offer to sit us or anything. So we sat ourselves and waited to be serve. Well that time never came! It was not crowded at all, so I don’t know what the problem was. Was it cause we were the only mexicans lol? But anywho, this place had the most terrible service ever and never will we step foot in that place again.

Horrible, Horrible… Poor customer service, but the food is great … This place would receive a 5 star rating had I been served promptly and professionally. I had a minor altercation with the General manager(chick with the scarf) who appeared to be on drugs. I strongly suggest issuing drug screens !!! I visit this place on several occasions because I work near by… each time the service was poor but the food is yum… so of course no tip was issued! The only professional employee there is the fatboy girl 2016(I do not know her name)…She wears her hair blonde, she’s a medium brown skin tone… Advice of the year; be a little more selective when hiring employees…

Sat down for 15 – 20 minutes no one came to take my order for food and drinks so I end up leaving. I been to this place numerous of times, but never have I had this happened. Better luck next time I guess.

I visited this place last Friday, 03/04/2016, with a group of friends of mine. The experience was, uh, quite interesting. But let me begin by saying that upon arrival, the service was OK. The waitress(there was NO name tag, nor did she introduce herself) promptly brought the drink I ordered and it was great!(Peach margarita). However, as our party grew, they were quickly accommodated with extra chairs and we were eventually moved to a larger area to comfortably seat everyone. While conversing with my friends, there was a DJ playing some Hip Hop music(some old, new, and in between) but I also noticed the atmosphere was that of a «young crowd». My friends and I are in our mid-late 30s and up. The patrons who were there and who continued to arrive were early to mid 30s on down. I don’t know if Friday nights is designated for that particular age group but just in case it is, I doubt that if I ever choose to go back, it won’t be on a Friday. After all of our party arrived, we placed orders for our food. The orders were slow to arrive and there was no explanation beforehand as to the reason. However, everyone was pleased with their food once we were served. We continued to enjoy the food, drinks, and the Karaōke. At the end of our night, we were given our bills. Quite a few of them were incorrect. Before our party was moved to a larger area, I’d paid for my drink. Later on in the evening, I ordered something to eat and when I got my bill, my drink was included on the ticket. The waitresses were nice and very patient about correcting everyone’s bills but they need BETTERCOMMUNICATION and ORGANIZATION when dealing with delays and billing accuracy. Although my experience wasn’t a total bust, I doubt if I’ll be visiting again. Hopefully, they’ll improve on the areas that I mentioned. They really need to.

So my co-workers forced me out to this place and although I was absolutely bothered by my shoes sticking to the floor(when they use the wrong chemicals to clean) and the overwhelming scent of toilet bowl cleaner when you walk in, I thought I would put my bourgeousie aside and give the food a try … And to my surprise, the food is actually quite good. I had a philly cheesesteak w some seasoned fries, not bad at all. The service was just okay, i thought it was super ghetto when the waitress wrote our order on a napkin then had the audacity to charge us $ 2.99 for fountain drinks during lunch hour. Im sure this place is a blast and would be a fun time, but it needs a deep cleaning and a different vibe for lunch goers. They could potentially make a lot of money here during the day given their close proximity to multiple office buildings.

This place was sooooo hood, ghetto, rough, etc. The waitresses smelled like weed. There was a woman laying on the floor in the bathroom, another group arguing in the restroom. Will never, ever, ever go back.

The service here stinks we had to wait an wait for service. We sat down an didn’t have no condiments on our table, no napkins or anything. Also they happen to have Karaōke this night an during this time people sang songs an some of the female customers we takin the bras off an throwing them on stage to the people singing. To me that’s disgusting because there’s food on tables an people eating. The drink I had was blue very nasty an way to sweet for my taste during this time I had no choice but to drink it because average wait time for our waitress took forever. I will say they were alittle busy but instead of worrying about talking an carrying conversations try an make your way around to the tables. As far as the food goes they have specials an good happy hour prices. The food I ordered which was wings was good an had a nice flavor to them. I think though that the management needs to learn to take control over people throwing their under gourmets around.

Had a great time with friends celebrating December birthdays. It reminded me of my college days. Pretty cool place for urban karaōke and bartenders were awesome but food could be better.

I’ve been here 3 of times and it’s was 3 totally different Atmospheres. During the week it’s pretty laid back, with area workers just coming in to have a drink. On a Friday night it was crowded but they also had karaōke. If you like a social crowd weekend hang spot come here, if you like good food pretty ladies but like good customer service & attention come during the week during dinner hours.

I don’t like giving bad reviews, but hey… I’ll start with the positive. We’ve had fun here and I have never had bad food or drinks. That said, my biggest bone to pick with Fat Boy’s is the poor customer service. I’ve been here SEVERAL times and the customer service has never been good. The service is typically slow, unattentive, and my check is usually wrong. It has been bad at a random happy hour, watching the playoffs, comedy night, New Year’s Eve… every time. This last time, was the last time for me. It took forever for someone to merely come ask me if I had been waited on. After that, it took another forever for someone to actually come help. When did someone come help? When I was walking out of the door. As I was leaving, the hostess asked, «Oh, nobody ever came?» I really can’t bend on my expectations for quality customer service. For Fat Boys, I don’t even expect high-quality customer service, but they give none at all!(Also, the music was much too loud at 4pm on a weekday.)

Wifey and I joined some friends here for some pregame brewskies and munchies. If you’re in any way a beer snob, read no further and look elsewhere. They have nothing on draft: not right. This is a «sports bar»? They have a limited selection of bottled beer. Okay, so we settled for bottled beer. No craft brews. No microbrews. Ambiance is okay with plenty of sports banners and a nice variety of screens from which to choose. The food was okay but nothing special. Our server was super friendly, speedy, and helpful – certainly the highlight of the place. If you’re not a beer snob and are happy chuggling your mass-produced carbonated pale beverage from a can, then this is the place for you! Not recommended. Will not return.

This place gave me every thing I needed on a Friday night! Friday night is Karaōke night, which is really fun. The food is really good. I tasted the wings, cheese burger, quesadillas, and fries, and all were really really good. The D.J. is really great, she kept the party going. The drinks are nice, especially the margaritas. There are T.V.s to watch the game and karaōke words. Nice hangout bar. Great for a girl’s night or date. Hip Hop is the music on the menu!

It was okay. A little whole in the wall. I need to come after work instead of during lunch. From the pictures it looks fun.

Food: I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and fries. Nothing special in comparison to other buffalo chicken patties. They have a «special» sourdough bread that’s too soft to be used for the sandwich bread. Regular fries. Ambiance: I went on a Wednesday night. Wednesday is comedy night scheduled for 8pm; started at 9pm. There was a live DJ. It was entirely too loud prior to the comedy show. Even for a sports bar setting. They were charging $ 10 for parking in the lot! I understand there was the rodeo going on, but the restaurant should have parking for the customers. I wouldn’t have gone in, but I wasn’t the one driving or paying for parking. When I called multiple times from two different numbers; they would hang up and act like they couldn’t here me after I questioned them about parking.
