Haven’t had any problems here. Cant say I love the place though, its a shipping center. Cheaper to buy online, if you use EBAY they give you a nice discount through Ebay when shipping. Better prices than the USPS.

I need to get my passport renewed, and in doing so, need to send my current passport with my renewal forms.
Consequently, it’s a BIG FREAKING DEAL if this is not handled correctly or the package is not labelled properly.
It’s such a big deal, that I passed up two UPS stores & another FedEx location because their Unilocal reviews were so terrible.
I cannot afford to have this package messed up — I’m screwed if it gets lost.
This location already had a five star rating & I’m adding to that.
I was greeted with a hello as soon as I walked in & they walked me through what I needed & the pricing for the different services.
The ladies inside did a fabulous job; knowledgable, moving quickly & all at a good price!
Really great service & I’m not worried about my passport getting misdirected or lost.
Great location & great staff!
Update: everything arrived as it was supposed to. I tracked the package to its destination — no hiccups.
I knew I chose the right location to handle this!

Unlike the Post Office, this location is very convenient. The service is great and the employees are very helpful. Everything we have sent through this location has arrived at it’s destination in three days or less. I have nothing to complain about and I would recommend this location to anyone living in the Energy Corridor.
