I have to say that my experience with this florist has not been a great one. I use FTD because I trust the name and I have always had a great experience with flowers through florists under the FTD umbrella. Today is my Mom’s 85^th birthday and I went online to place an order via FTD for delivery today. When ordering I always get the higher end flowers that are lush and full, less greenery and more flowers, specifically the FTD Tranquil Bouquet, the exquisite version that is supposed to be «lush and grand.» I picked a beautiful predominantly pink arrangement because it is my Mom’s favorite color. I totally understand when other flowers are used because they may not have the exact flowers on hand, especially when I order same day, this was not even the case. What I ordered and what was delivered are NOT the same, more greenery than flower, NOT what I ordered. (If I can post a pic I will of both the pic from the site and what I got)
Had the same issue last year and found FTD sent my order to this same florist! I will not order online again, but call. If only I had remembered, lesson learned. You never get a second chance to make a first impression, unknowingly a second chance was given and after a year it is still lacking.

My husband paid $ 82 for a Valentines Day bouquet and specifically said NO carnations. Guess what? 3 roses, 5 lilies and a GAZILLION white and red carnations arrived for me. Then, they hung up on him!
