I went to the store looking for blanks for my starting pistol, when I finally got someone to assist me, he sent me to the wrong spot. After look around for approximately 5 minutes someone else helped me find the blanks.
Long story short: I bought the product it did not work and they refused to take it back. Manager stated a return policy that was not posted in the store and I was not advised before I made the purchase. I’m screwed out of 17 dollars! Fool me once shame on you…

From «accidentally» (and probably illegally) opening a credit card up in my name and registering the wrong product to me against signed paperwork (good thing I check!) I have wasted a woeful amount of time in this place. I only went back because I’d bought their warranty and what I finally ended up successfully buying turned out to be faulty. That still didnt warrant a call back though and after waiting almost a week I finally spoke to someone who told me to call back in another 3 days for an update.
I don’t expect much from big retail stores like this, I really don’t, but this place takes the cake. Save yourself much pain, wasted time and go to Bass Pro Shop.

Was told to come here because they would have a western style gun holster. They did not. Furthermore they did not have any cowboy boots. I would expect an outdoors store to have some leather cowboy boots. This is a disappointment.

Awesome costomer service)) lolli, Jenna and Alan went above and beyond at Gander Mountain Gun Department I only went in there to buy and trade one gun and ended up getting several guns and accessories with unbeatable pricing)) and knowledge of what they carry. I will be back for more))
