I remember back when I used to be a server at a restaurant; I used to go to the Goodwill to get my white button down shirts for dirt cheep. This is not only a good place to get shirts, but you can get school uniforms. Or supposed your kids are going off for school, you can get things. Or summer clothes for the kids to play in. Check out any goodwill in your neighborhood and also when doing spring cleaning drop some of your used things here. Today I bought a cute dress. I’m going to change out the buttons and spruce it up! I’m a Goodwill fan again. And you never have to worry about anyone else having the same outfit either. Lol

You definitely find tiny treasures here but with the cashiers attitude, it makes it the worse place to shop. The lady who attended us what a black lady with short dreads. Upon arriving, she looked dead and had a face that didn’t want to be here. I went and asked her for a price check and she looked at me like if the answer was obvious. Clearly I didn’t see a tag but she made up a number. When I went to pay she just pounded the number on the machine and proceeded to stay quite until I asked about the price for the sweater. She looked at me and rolled her eyes and stared. Talk about not being professional. I know you are a working in a thrift shop but don’t spread your negativity and nasty soul to others. Since she was getting annoyed because of my simple question she took advantage and asked my mom for her age because it was senior day. HA! Not to be rude or arrogant but my mom is no where near 70 years old. She basically insulted us and then as we defended ourselves she was insisting she is confused on why we are angry. I mean she must get confused easily then because her comment was obviously offensive. I would have not felt offended if it wasn’t for her rudeness and would have probably laughed it off but I knew she was doing this to insult us. I even told her is she was going to ask me this question(I’m 20 yrs). She then never told us the price and so I asked her again and she answered my question with a question. Her rudeness was unacceptable and will not come back to place. Save your money and go to the Alabama location as they seem to appreciate your presence way more. Also, what frustrates me more is that if it wasn’t for the clients need to buy«used clothes» this store wouldn’t be open and they wouldn’t have a job. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Well I don’t normally spend $ 74 in a thrift store and think its a good thing but I did buy about twelve items including two pairs of unworn(still had labels on) leather shoes, two silk skirts and other work and weekend wear. I was actually quite ruthless and could’ve got more. Great selection of shirts, pants, shorts and skirts. Not so many dresses. A few really quirky items if that’s your thing. Nice and clean, well organized and friendly staff. I’ll be back for my winter wardrobe!

This Goodwill store is a way better organized store, at least for clothes, than what it appears from the outside. Unlike some thrift stores where there’s no organization and things are haphazardly arranged, this store does a good job of keeping things separated. The minute I walked in, I received a friendly greeting from a smiling(!) employee. That was a good start. It didn’t take long to figure out where things were because it’s an open layout and the signs are easy to read. The men’s, women’s, and children’s clothes are separated and sizes are marked within each section. There’s a lot here. The store is big, but not cramped. There’s room to look without fear of knocking something over or bumping into someone looking at the things on the rack or shelf behind you. Surprisingly, there’s also a clearance section with extra markdowns. When you’re getting things at an already reduced price and then they’re marked down further, it’s a nice bonus. Goodwill also has books, videos and home décor items, although those sections are much smaller. The luggage and purses were spread throughout the store, and placed on top of some of the racks. It was the one thing that seemed not so organized.
