I stayed here for a night. My room was clean. I used their complementary items, since I’d forgotten a few things, and their staff was very helpful. I also enjoyed their outdoor pool area. And for those of you who are Mexican: my mom & aunt ran into Lupe from the musical group«Bronco» in the elevator.

It’s cheap close to the airport for an early morning flight but it really needs a remodel very very badly. Rooms are old and dilapidated bit I guess you get what you pay for. A little disappointed no refrigerator in the room. And the typical Hampton breakfast that I hate styrofoam eggs yay. Breakfast is standard for Hilton not this particular hotels fault you get the same breakfast at all hamptons. I did get a very nice response and will probably stay again just because of the convenience to the airport

I stayed in this hotel one night so I’d be close to the airport to drop my daughter off on her flight back home. I found a hotel to be very comfortable, clean, I really appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport. So I could drop my daughter off right at the security line. They pick me up at the airport brought me back to the hotel. I enjoyed the hot tub even though it’s outside and it was a cool day.gov was very warm clean operating correctly. The breakfast was one of the best Hampton and breakfasts is I’ve ever eaten. Breakfast server was polite and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. I think some of the lower reviews may be from the past

I am amending this review because of positive communication with the manager. They will be doing renovations later this year. The manager also said they have a 100% satisfaction policy. Even though our stay was not ideal the customer service makes up for it.

I lost my temper. I am human. The manager called me the next morning to suggest I was unprofessional considering I was traveling on business. Yes, it’s true. Not only did I write this review, but I also cursed over the phone at the front desk and called someone a BADWORD. Not my finest moment of life, but it happens. Sometimes when you lay with dogs, you rise with fleas. This is a formal apology to the manager and the front desk staff. That said, I strongly urge you to reconsider your cancellation policy. It’s an outlier within the HHonors program. Most properties are willing to waive the cancellation fee when given logical, plausible reason. There are unavoidable circumstances that arise last minute which can cause one to cancel. Just like there are unavoidable circumstances that arise last minute which can cause one to book. While I exhibited unprofessional, rude, behavior — I feel like you exhibited rudimentary behavior by jumping to conclusions, cancelling my reservation without my explicit permission(HHonors puts it on the property, you put it on the HHonors) and not taking a moment to hear me out and derive a mutually beneficial solution.

Most business class Hampton Inns have a 6 pm day of arrival cancellation policy. This hotel has a 24 hour advanced notice NOW I KNOWWHY. I drove past hotel on my way to business appointment and immediately disliked location due to numerous strip joints within walking distance, no restaurants and a very unsafe neighborhood behind hotel. I was told I could not cancel!!! I expect better service from Hilton for being a long time HHonors Diamond member. The architecture of this hotel said original Hampton circa 1970? Smoker across hall smelled up hallway and I had to place towels under my door to keep smoke out. Old hotel not a recomondation.

Very friendly staff, but the elevator button on the 4th floor was broke causing a serious concern for electrical shock. There was no fridge or microwave, they did offer to let us use the employee fridge down stairs for our daughters milk. The beds are more like full size beds rather than queens. Not what you expect from a Hampton by any means there is definitely lots of room to improve esp if you are going to charge the price of a Hampton, the only reason we were ok was because we paid half the price through another website. If we would of paid regular rate(like $ 180 range for our weekend) we would of asked for a refund.

I am a Hilton honors member and have used many Hampton Inns. This is by far the worst. The bed was horrid. There was only lotion and conditioner in the room, no cups, and when we went to get coffee in the lobby there were only drinking(water) cups. They called them«half cups». The toilet flushing sounds like a rumbling dam that just broke loose and is crashing down the hill! NOTHANKYOU!!! It was quiet(when not flushing the toilet) and the staff was nice so it got 2 stars.

i can’t imagine wanting to stay here unless you had to be at the airport early in the morning. So yes, that’s why I stayed here and I suppose if I was in the same situation, I would stay here again. Pros: close to the airport, shuttle to airport(and I guess to local restaurants if they are in a good mood), ridiculously cheap, free breakfast(I hate Hampton breakfast but I know some people need their free breakfast so mentioning on principle). Cons: older rooms, no fridge, it’s a Hampton(LOL).

The assistant general manager came up to pick us up and also gave us perks for staying there. I like the idea that we can leave our car here. Overall a nice place to stay but not a five-star hotel, they have free breakfast and cookies along with the breakfast to go

Ghetto! From the minute you walk in the staff was playing around at the counter. The room was out dated. I can hear the radio playing in the car outside my window. Didn’t feel safe. Check out time was nice, friendly Jamaican girl big difference from night staff.

Hotel itself was ok, but don’t expect them to step up for their customers. I parked in the back and when I came out the next morning, all the stuff in my toolbox was laying on the ground, someone had broken into it. When I told the manager about it, he immediately went defensive and just blew it off saying they had signs up saying they weren’t responsible. I appreciate you all caring about my stuff.

Not your luxury 5 star hotel but you get free breakfast and airport shuttle. Reason I chose this hotel? Only minutes from the airport. The staff is so friendly! Arrived late and was starving and they offered to take us wherever we wanted. They drove us to their favorite steakhouse about 15 mins away and picked us up when we were done. Now that is great customer service. Staff is great!

This is not one of the best Hamptons. The highs are location, comfy beds, flat panel tvs and friendly housekeeping staff. The lows are very moldy smell in rooms from ac units ten years past their useful life, very slow front desk staff and a complimentary breakfast that was in dire need of restocking most items.

Stayed here a couple of months ago. Room was horribly humid even with the air going. Though I’d give it another try this trip. MISTAKE! To begin with, they put me in a smoking room. I’ve had the reservation for two weeks and am a Hilton Honors Gold VIP member but there was no option. The girl at the front desk was not even apologetic and DIDNOTTELLME I WASGETTING A SMOKINGROOMWHEN I CHECKEDIN. I discovered it was a smoking room the minute I walked in. Otherwise, I would have taken a moment to check other hotels in the area and go there instead. And don’t be thinking«well, you get what you pay for.» This room rate was $ 140 a night, I booked 3 nights AND booked a business associate into the hotel for two nights as well. I will never stay here again and if you are accustomed to reasonably well maintained hotels, don’t pick this one. The Mariott Courtyard around the corner is a better choice.
