I booked for Tom Bass location and even got an email confirmation AND reminder to show up for the class… guess what?! NO ONE showed up! No trainer… NO ONE… and did not even get a phone call about any cancellation or anything! Tried calling numerous times but no one picked up NOR tried to call back… The WORSE!!! This is NOT a legit company and EXTREMELY unprofessional. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star… but had to ‘rate’ just so this can post
