I also had an appointment today for 10am. NO ONE SHOWED UP. I actually had my neighbor come over, I was going to surprise her with the mani-​pedi as a gift. We both have newborns and I wanted to pamper her a little. She came over with her baby, told her what was going to happen much to her excitement. To my horror, no one showed up after waiting two hours. You cannot imagine the level of embarrassment and disgust. I had to apologize profusely. I bought two of these for my maternity leave and have requested a refund for the second appt. which is for three weeks from today. I would give zero stars if I could. Of course, there is no human to answer the phone which is a new low for running a business. DO NOT USE!!!
