Very good boba. The customer service was very friendly and the place itself was open and clean.

So good. Came on a Saturday evening and it was nice and quiet. Got my Thai tea with Bona and it’s the best boba drink I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back!

First time here. Had a sandwich, the bbq pork, was really good as was the bread, next time I’ll ask for light on the mayo but all in all was really tasty. The matcha tea I had was also excellent. Service is good and they get your order pretty fast. The place itself was very clean. My girls loved their drinks too, a passion fruit smoothie and an almond tea. We will be back again.

We love this place! Fun games, delicious drinks. Our favorite is the strawberry slush.

My kids keep telling me about this place. They said banh mi is lots better than any banh mi place in bellaire… so finally, we tried them today and I had to admit my kids are right. The combination sandwich was so good and tasty, lots of meat and the bread itself was just oerfect, not so hard and not so soft. The vegetables were fresh and they are just so good together with the assorted meat. One of my kids had shredded chicken and the other had the charbroiled chicken. They all enjoyed the fresh and delicious sandwiches. 5 stars!

I can’t get enough of this place … We love it. The sandwich are delicious and the lunch plate are great. Prices are reasonable. The teas are delicious and the bobas omg!!! Just go and try you will love them too.

Love, love, L O V E this place!!! Not only are the smoothies the bomb and full of flavor but the sustainer service is great! Maybe it’s because it’s family owned so they care much more! Banh Mi is amazing!

This place ever disappoints! I am from Houston and moved several months ago, but when I come back to visit I always make a point to come back here! I love the fruit smoothies and coffee smoothies. That is usually what I get. Something with passion fruit, mango, pineapples or strawberries! And I always add the tapioca :) plus– there is always a coupon so it’s good to bring a friend along too!

Chill place to hang with friends, family or on your own! Owner is such a boss and his friendly attitude just brightens your day. Taro cream is what I ordered with my pork sammich. It was savory and had a crunchy kick! Easy to stuff into my mouth while playing on my PSVita!

Third time here. Drinks are good and sandwiches are even better. My drink was not as powdery. No major complaints. This place deserves at least 3.5 stars. Sorry for my bipolarish reviews. Lol

Came here because another place I was going to go to was closed. And I’m glad I stopped by. I got the boba cream tea with the green tea and it is one of the tastiest jasmine milk teas I’ve had. The boba tasted great and is the right consistency. I tried another location once and I was disappointed so I’m glad this one is better. I’ve gotten other drinks from them before so it’s pretty good. I would only stick to teas though. Once I got a honeydew smoothie and it tasted icey and fake. I ended up throwing it away because it feels weird to sip on it (the ice). I don’t blame them though, fresh fruit is hard to have year round.
Idk if it was because I came later in the day and he was annoyed but the young man who was the cashier kinda made ordering seem like a burden on him. It wasn’t with me either. It was with the people before me and after me. It is expected that people have trouble ordering so be enthusiastic and be concise! Also, my take out order sat there for a bit before he finally handed it to me :/

How did I not know about a bubble tea joint named, «I Heart Boba?» Wow. My life is complete. I came across this place through my bubble tea exploration efforts in the area, and I have to say I am very impressed. As soon as I walked in, I noticed how clean and comfortable this place was. I came around lunchtime on a weekday, and noticed that they also have Bánh Mì sandwiches! Get this, if you order a bubble tea and a sandwich around lunchtime between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on a weekday, you get $ 2.00 freaking dollars off your order! What?!
I decided to order the Charbroiled Chicken Bánh Mì Sandwich and a Green Tea with tapioca and light sugar. My order, with the added $ 2.00 lunch discount, came out to be a grand total of $ 5.53. That is an incredible deal for a sandwich and drink of this quality! I sat on their comfortable couch and chitchatted with the management. I found this location opened up just a year ago in July 2014 and that they do not even advertise. They have a consistent customer base through word of mouth and the many positive reviews online. I can honestly say, this place deserves it. I will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been to the i heart boba in spring and this one is just as good as the location up north. Their drinks are always consistent. The right amount of flavor and creamy taste. And their tapioca balls have the perfect chewy/​sweet ratio.
Good amount of seating inside with board games and magazines if you want to stay with friends.

A very decent Boba place. You can hangout with quite a few of your friends and play games inside. The sandwiches are DELICIOUS delicious, especially the BBQ pork.
My only complaint about the place is that I’ve tipped on the tip line but it’s actually a self service location. They don’t bring you your food or drinks, your name is called and you have to get up to get the food yourself. Therefore, no need to really tip since there is no table service.

The drinks are about as good as they get and the sandwiches are legit banh mi sandwiches! Very clean and nice place to just chill. The employees are very welcoming.
It’s too bad they got rid of the rewards program though, I never even got to redeem mine.
They have lunch specials M-​F 11am-​2pm for $ 1.50 off drink+sandwich.

After being here a couple times, I think it’s time to finally leave a review.
Walking in, you notice how clean the place is. There’s not much seating if you really think about it. But it’s cozy. It’s got a nice homey feel to it. Right at the window is bar like seats with outlets. Left of the wall are some couches and right of the other wall is about 2 booth seats.
The service is pretty good. Staff are very nice and give great customer service.
To keep my thoughts consistent, I got milk tea. You can’t go wrong with ordering a simple milk tea. And I’m a huge milk tea snob. It was okay. I’ve had better. My mom ordered honey dew smoothie with green apple jelly. Now to my surprise, I really liked that! It was really delicious! Not too sweet and not bland. It was perfect. Even my mom was telling me frustrated she gets when she can’t make the same thing at home.
I have yet to try the banhmi. I’m always skeptical about trying banhmi in suburbia tapioca joints. Looking at other reviews, there’s a mixed reaction so now I’m kind of wanting to try it for myself.
Unfortunately they close at 9. This is literally a 7 – 8 minute drive from my house and they close early. I say early because I’ve been to tapioca and coffee places that close later than that for students who come to study. I really wanted this to be my spot but I’m not really feeling it.
Occasionally if I decide to get tapioca and too lazy to drive far, then I’ll come here. But I usually will make the drive elsewhere.

I’ve been here several times after my friend introduced me to it. It is located right next to HEB.
For my recent trip here, I saw a few customers spin the wheel. I didn’t get to personally, but I believe you can for some kind of prize if you land on a certain one.
Their drinks never fail me. I’ve tried about 5 different kinds — Taro smoothie, Cantaloupe cream tea, Green tea matcha tea, Avocado smoothie, and Piña colada smoothie. I’d recommend the first 3 with their tapioca balls, which are soft but smaller than other places.
As for the sandwich, it is a hit or miss for me. The first sandwich I had here was delicious, which was the combo. Recently, the Bbq pork wasn’t that great. The meat was dry, and the sandwich had way too much butter. I had to use a napkin and take some of it off. I highly recommend Les Givral’s sandwiches — cheaper and bigger.
The thing I really like about this place is its cleanliness. You don’t see many tapioca businesses as clean as this.
Apparently when one of my friends asked for the wifi code, they didn’t give it out when it clearly states «wifi available». I wasn’t there when the incident happened.
Lastly, don’t forget to check in for BOGO half off for drinks. They also have lunch specials, Bahn mi + drink with $ 1.50 off. I believe Mondays to Fridays 11 – 2 PM. Don’t quote me on that. This place is run by the previous owners of the Cajun restaurant in Memorial City Mall’s food court.
