Always slow, always «out» of multiple products. This is the only location I’ve had issues with.

Poor. Ordered hot chocolate and took extremely long. After waiting for long time I had to mentioned it and he find it in drive thru. He handed it to me no apology and no courtesy.

I just called to ask about holiday hours and Sherrie answered the phone like, «We’re stuck here til 6 unless people stay home.» What kind of answer is that? No one told you to work at Starbucks Ma’am. This is about to go viral on FB FYI.

The drive thru service is fast and super quick never have I ever had my order incorrect but coming into the place is a whole different story. I like to think of Starbucks like a place to go study in or do some quiet reading this location is anything but! It’s way too loud the baristas sound as if there fighting or gossiping extremely too loud for customers to hear not a place I would continue to come too.

«Hi, do you have any dark roast»?
Barista turns to the dark roast opens spigot and nothing comes out.
«No we don’t have any»
«Could I have a pour over»?
Barista turns to the Pike’s Roast opens spigot and coffee comes out.
«No, we have Pike’s».
«I’d prefer a dark roast»

My favorite Starbucks drivethru… the baristas at the window are always incredibly friendly and smiling. This is my favorite in all of Houston! Keep it up!

I’ve been to this place a lot to study, but every time I come here the employees are always loud and obnoxious, but recently it has been getting worse. They cuss and yell at each other and gossip about their lives all the time. It’s really annoying. Sometimes I bring headphones and blare up my music. It’s really not about the noise because I can study with noise, but it’s about etiquette and this place is not the place to act the way that they do. it’s a business! I’m fine with people socializing with one another, but watch your language! It’s so offensive when people use foul language so loudly. I usually order the green tea lemonade, but this can be made at any starbucks location; so never returning to this location wouldn’t be a big deal.
In the past, I’ve ordered the java chip frap, strawberry acai, green tea lemonade, passion fruit green tea, green tea frap, and vanilla bean frap. This location makes my drink decently, but there’s nothing special that sets them a part from other locations. I’ll be studying elsewhere from now on and maybe in a couple years I’ll come back and the employees will either grow up or have been replaced or maybe not. It wouldn’t be that much of a loss either way.

To my surprise, I actually like the atmosphere here. For a Starbucks that is in an awkward area, I would rather come here. I actually can’t believe I never did.
My first time coming here, there was a worker outside cleaning up and she immediately greeted me! I said hello and walked in. They were pretty busy making drinks for the drive through customers. However even though they were busy, I was still acknowledged by them and was told that I would be helped. There were 3 people in there. One guy at the window, one woman making drinks and one guy cleaning. They guy cleaning noticed I was ready and took my order and was very polite.
I ordered a peach green tea lemonade and it was delicious! I love their tea! It wasn’t too sweet either. Just perfect. Makes me wonder why I never stopped by in the first place.
I had about 30 minutes to spare before closing so I utilized that time to just take out my laptop to pay some bills. The inside in quite nice for work space. I enjoyed my 30 minutes.
Realizing that I had a great experience here… I’m wishing that I would have gone here in the first place. It’s so much closer to home. Will be coming back to get my tea fix and my work space on!

Love this location, they really try to please you. They’re really willing to redo your drinks if they make it wrong. Nice place to study beside library.

I love this place. They have great customer service and the drinks are always on point. The only frustration i had was the poor knowledge of national promos on the part of their employees. More particularly, the buy one share one promotion that’s been advertised all over television, Internet, and even on
. Other than that, my experience was awesome.

I have to post a review because i think they deserve it. I went there a few days ago and ordered drive thru a drink that cost almost 8 bucks. It was my sis bday so we got a drink in her account. We went to pay and she didnt hear me saying free drink so she charged her card instead of the free drink. We then turn around after we realized that she charged the card and she offer to refund us the 8 bucks. She was happy about it, not giving me a hard time at all. On top of that, she said it was her fault so she didnt charge our free drink either. I believe thats excellent customer service.

This place is pretty bad for business.
I stop by here often and it is usually a long wait. Especially the drive through!
Tonight I came by to meet someone and hang it for a bit and I pull in the parking lot and it is full (figure it is busy, no big deal). Keep in mind that this IS during normal operating hours… Then I walk up to the door and there is a sign on the door that says «closed for a staff meeting from 8−9pm». SERIOUSLY? Closed during operating hours for a meeting? Shouldn’t have meetings during business hours. Not to mention the fact that all of the parking spaces were evidently taken by employees… at least all of the closer spots. Had to park next door at Burger King.
It was pretty bad tonight. Needless to say I won’t be coming back here to this one. I’ll take my business to another location or a different coffee shop…

Have been coming to this location somewhat regularly for about 7 years and have not had a bad experience here. This location is further away from me but the copperfield one that I live closer to is horrible so I come here. Seriously that place makes this Starbucks heaven. It’s also nice that it’s a standalone so it’s bigger and has entrances and outdoor seating on 2 sides of the building. Gives you more sun vs shade options of you actually want to stay and enjoy your drink for a few minutes.

This location used to be pretty fast and on point, but lately it hasnt… last time went drive thru and asked for cinnamon powder and they added about ¼ cup… Way to Much… and not the first.

I think they have recently (couple months now) changed all their staff. So this review is mainly for the old staff.
This is my favorite Starbucks location. They have always been on target with my order (granted my order is never really that complicated). I also think that the drive-​thru goes by a lot faster than other starbucks locations I’ve been to. I have not had any problems yet with the newer staff so I’m hoping the service will stay on point.

I went to get a caramel frapuccino late at night and even though the guys were tired from a long day of hard work they gave me an amazing service. I haven’t had this good service in a looong time! Good job guys, specially the drive thru one!
Will definitely be back soon!

Since there are 3 on Highway 6, between 290 and I10 & this one has a drive thur, it is faster to walk in.

I got a personal cup for Christmas. I get unlimited coffee for the rest of the month. This is a nice place and like coming here twice a day.
