This particular Starbucks has the nicest morning staff, always friendly and upbeat to start the day on happy foot. Awesome service and baristas make great coffee, best service of any Starbucks I have been to.

This Starbucks has the best employees ever! They’re always so nice and helpful in helping me try new things. They always seem so happy to be there. Everything I order is perfect and comes out in great time. I will always choose this Starbucks over any others!

I came here with my sister around 2 and the cashier rudely took our order. She had this stank face like someone smacked her and her face got dysfunctional. Her attitude really ruined my mood, but I put it aside and waited for my drink. The barista made our drinks quickly and it tasted really good. She even recommended me her favorite drink and I’ll definitely try it the next time I go to starbucks. She made our experience so much better after encountering the rude cashier. Overall experience: the drinks came out fine, but just because of our experience with the cashier. i really can’t give higher than 2 stars. just horrible.

The early morning staff here are lifesavers. I moved to the area recently and have spent several hours at a time here in the wee hours, trying to get utilities etc set up, bumming off their internet connection for almost a month. Even waiting out fumigation. I’ve had to change into my work clothes twice in their restroom and the second time the barista actually helped deflect a creepy guy who tried to hit on me on the way out. Always clean, friendly, and the drinks are always right. Always my starbucks of choice.

Everyone is really friendly — I come here daily and not once have they made my drink wrong. When I have had to get multiple drink orders at once they are always quick and correct.

One of the older Starbucks that I’ve ever been to… as a matter of fact, this actual location might be the very first Starbucks that I EVER went to back when I was around 17 – 18 years old. Yeah, this one has been around that long! I can even remember when there wasn’t much else within that shopping center, so it does kind of hold a special place in my heart… but not for the reasons you might think, but more so because they still serve a regular olé’ mocha frapp! I love my coffee. But there’s no drive thru there. And they run out of alot of things quickly. Also there is very little to non seating avalible and people always bring thier computers and sit for hours making it not very inviting. Last time I was there, there was a man sitting there w no shoes on picking at his toe callus and no one even said anything to him

I have lived around the corner from this Starbucks for 7 years and I can honestly say this is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to in all of North America. I have given this location many attempts, because of its convenient location by me, and leave completely disappointed every time. They mess up the orders and they do not thoroughly mix their drinks. I have been there with friends who have ordered and we stood there waiting forever only to find that it was not communicated from the cashier to the barista to make our orders. I will detail my most recent bad experience but there have been many more equally as bad here. Yesterday my daughter and I went in and were standing right in front of where you order, with our phones out with our Starbucks apps pulled up ready scan to pay once we order, we know the drill, lol. The guy taking orders was doing nothing but talking and laughing with a co-worker. No big deal we weren’t in a huge hurry. Then someone else walks in. The cashier not only completely ignores us but starts a conversation with them and takes their order, the person hadn’t even made it from the door to the counter and they already had their order taken. As my daughter and I are just standing there waiting to even be acknowledged. Then the person who received the prompt friendly greeting walked to the employees only door in the back. Still ignored, I finally asked to speak to the manager. The manager seemed nice and professional and apologized. I looked at the young man and told him that was very rude, he responded with– he didn’t know we were ready to order. I told him he didn’t even acknowledge us or ask of we were ready as we were just standing right in front of him, waiting. I thanked the manager for speaking to me, I mean, she was nice about it. And then I left and went down to the bear creek location, who I always have a good experience it’s just more out of the way. That was the last try there. I’ll go into the Target Starbucks in that same parking lot(which is actually pretty good) before that one.

There was a girl at the counter who was talking to her coworkers instead of taking my order. She had completely horrible customer service. And to top that off, she let some kid stand on the counter while she was playing with her. Highly unsanitary and unprofessional.

I was satisfied with my coffee. I got there at 4 minutes till they closed and the barista was very friendly and helpful. I did not feel rushed like I did at the other one I went to in City Center. I don’t particularly like the arrangement of this store because it just feels like that the bar section of the store is taking more room than the rest of the seating area. It feels kind of divided and the seating reminds me of some odd coffee shop that is trying to mimic Starbucks. There is also a slight feel of dirt. I can’t quite pinpoint to what it was or maybe it was because they were cleaning at closing time. I have come to this Starbucks several times close to their closing time and this was the only time I did not feel rushed. It is one of the greatest places to go and study because there is a serious lack of study places in this neighborhood. Starbucks for the win!(If you are able to secure one of the seats by the door).

Probably the worst starbucks I’ve ever been to. Been here 3 times and was disappointed all times. Ordered a caramel macchiato that tasted watered down, no coffee flavor at all twice and then another time was the final straw when I ordered an iced green tea matcha that was being made by this Asian girl who was making drinks. It took her 15min to make my drink while I stood there impatiently in a rush to get to work she stood there and talked to her co workers and friends and joked around. I almost went off on her but tried to keep my cool. It wasn’t even busy that day and then when she did make my drink, all she did was put in some sugar, green tea powder and milk– seriously? It was that f’in easy and you couldn’t have made it faster. Then to top that off she didn’t even shake it for the powder to dissolve and just tossed me my drink and said«here». I had to stir it myself, never will I go back here and if I do I wish I would see her so I can tell her off. Writing this review is already pissing me off *UPDATE* 11÷15÷14 Came back today cuz I was next door and wanted coffee and it was buy one get one free for the Christmas holiday. Ordered 2 caramel brulee and both still tastes watered down. No coffee flavor what so ever. They made me another one and it was slightly sweeter but still taste the same– gross. I’ve came to conclusion that this is def the worst starbucks I been to. This time I’m really not coming back

They are faster and friendlier than the 290 and hwy 6 one. They are a well managed business. They know how to get orders correct the first time, make the lines move fast, & they don’t even have a drive-thur.

This is my home base! I come here ALLTHEFREAKINGTIME to study and meet up with a few old friends. Like seriously, the baristas know my name by now and I know theirs. well most of them. Anyhoo. They are all super friendly and that’s rare to find nowadays. They never give you an attitude and are always happy to answer any questions you might have about the drinks. They also let you know about any special deals they might have like happy hour or any other sales. It’s a relatively big location so it’s great for studying(outlets are plentiful). There’s also outdoor seating! It’s also near all these other commonly popular stores like Target, Old Navy, Marshall’s, etc. so you can get your caffeine fix and go do some shopping if you like. I really do love this location. They’re one of the best :)

I’ve been to this location plenty of times. I never had a problem ordering my drinks here. I usually get an Iced hazelnut or Caramel Macchiato. This location is pretty small so tables are usually taken by students or the elderly.

First off, this place would of been a 5 due to the lady who took my order. She was funny, told me about«breve», and helped my friend with her gift card/online account app. Unfortunately one person always ruins it for everyone else. So me and my friends are waiting for our drinks at the pick up counter and the barista lady(someone different than the awesome lady I described above) just plops down 2 drinks and mumbles what they are. I get confused because I ordered a tall and what she gave me was a grande so I think its for the girl who was behind me. The girl behind me doesn’t think its hers so I ask the the barista what it was. After she starts describing what my friends drink is, I say, «No not that that drink what is this drink?» She answers very rudely by saying, «Who ordered the breve mocha cause that’s what it is». It may not sound so bad typed out but trust me it was in the most condescending way which pissed me off. I’m like seriously lady… if you would of said that clearly the first time, there would be no confusion. Better yet if you would use my name like how you were supposed to then it would be all good. Then before I could react she says, «okay I“m going my shift is over» to her coworkers and leaves to the back area. This was around 9pm I believe. Another complaint is the people camping out without even any drinks on their tables. Me and my friends didn’t have anywhere to sit and chat. People are ridiculous thinking they can just camp out without buying a single drink. The tables are for customers, not just random cheap ass people!
