I love this J. Crew!
Everyone here is always so friendly and kind with their huge smiles and warm welcomes. Guaranteed a greet, if not assistance on top of that. Whenever I try something on, someone will come and offer to find something in another size, but only after introducing themselves to me first.
Just wish this store was a little bigger. Though, I usually prefer this location over the Galleria, just because it’s less busy, and somehow I still manage to find stuff in my size. Even in the sale section!

The staff here has been wonderful. I go in to order tall sizes or use the teacher discount and they are always so willing to help.
They’ve checked the back for sizes or colors I’ve come in looking for. Last night I called at 8:45 planning to place an order over the phone the next day– thinking that they wouldn’t want to spend the time dealing with a potentially troublesome order– and we had it placed and finished at 8:55.
Parking for this location is problematic, but if you can get a spot in the area it’s a great store to pop into.

This store is not too big when compared to other locations but it has a decent inventory. The service at this location is average. They don’t go out of their way to help you but than again I don’t like a lot of help when I’m shopping. It’s a good location but probably not the best I’ve seen. However I am glad I don’t have to go to the Galleria and deal with traffic and parking.

They are always super helpful! They go out of their way to help you find the right size. Of course the clothes are high quality which I appreciate and they have a good exchange policy. They have a high level of dedication to their customers, and it shows.

Located right smack in the middle of City Centre, parking can be kind of a problem, but since it is central it isn’t too far away from the garages.

Came in after dinner at the Yard House and was unpleasantly surprised at not being approached for assistance or greeted. There were 3 floor workers and not one stopped talking on their cell phone or to each other to assist me or the other shopper in the store. Would not recommend.

I’ve become a regular customer of J. Crew over the last few months as I have been trying to improve my sense of fashion. I was reading an article in Esquire that everybody shops at J. Crew and it also won the Store Wars champion in a poll on Dappered. The brand is highly recommended as focuses on timeless classics. It is a bit more pricey but they produce good quality clothes. I usually shop online but I stopped by here to pick up some stuff as there was a sale. The menswear is in the back of the store as most of the floor space is dedicated to woman’s clothing. There is a good selection of clothes to choose from in my size and I was left alone to browse the store after being greeted. I noticed that there weren’t any male store clerks when I went there, but the female store clerks helped out just as well as we talked about the differences on how men and women shop for clothes. I am just glad that I can travel here to get my J. Crew purchases and do not have to go to the Galleria.

I love this J. Crew! Service at the Galleria is not terrible, but I think the folks working here are quite a bit friendlier. I’m at the Galleria quite a bit, but sometimes I just don’t want to deal with traffic and all the congestion in the parking lots. I can easily run by this location when I’m on my way to the gym.
Also, I feel like I usually have more luck finding my sizes at this store, even though it’s a much smaller in size. Everything is not as picked over.

Think I just saw Michelle Obama in here!

J Crew customer service is so wonderful. I have never had a problem exchanging if I have had a problem! I am continually impressed by this store!

I love this store. As a J. Crew fan, I rejoiced when I did not have to drive down to the Gallaria, battle traffic, and find parking to get to my favorite store. The staff is friendly and will help you out if you’re looking for something particular. I’ve had a staff member search for a particular shoe for me and have it shipped to my house! I also love the personal shopper service when I’m looking for something and I want to be the first to know when it’s on sale =)
