I wish I could give a 3.5 but I can’t full give a 5 because of the condition of this place… First being from Memphis where there is a Lenny’s on every corner I nearly crashed my car when I saw this place taking a friend home… Nostalgic to say the least! I walked in eager to place my order but there were food baskets left on abt 3 tables, there was a towel stuffed inside the ice dispenser where the drinks were, paper trash from straws in the container were the plasticware was, water on the floor… Eeeeeekkk! My philly chicken salad was amazing just like I remember them to be, for the record the pepper relish is one of the best things the Lenny’s chain has going… Well I requested two of these b/c I love them just that much… These tasted like they were old, like the jar they were in should’ve been tossed out! I let the manager no and I’m serious there was dead silence! He could give a damn about old pepper relish or the fact that the inside looked a complete mess! Ppl always say the nastier the place the tastier the food! *always say grace before taking a bite! All in all the food was amazing the deli’s condition could use a serious deep cleaning. If the guest area looked like that I’m afraid to see what the kitchen looks like!

This is my first time trying a sub shop outside of subway, I wish I would have did this sooner. I had one of their famous Phillys, and I can see why it was given that name, lots of cheese and meat. It was delicious will come back am the time

Had mile high turkey on wheat yesterday and absolute loved it. This place has the freshest ingredients and slices everything right in front of you. Prices good, way lower than other sub shops but food is also better. I like how they greet you when you arrive and leave. Great vibe in this place, don’t know what some other Unilocalers have low rating. Christmas music playing on radio, decorations on tables and Windows makes festive and enjoyable.

Lunch here was amazing! At the ordering counter, there is a glass case displaying various fresh, unsliced meats and cheeses. When we ordered, the meats and cheeses were sliced to assemble our subs and wraps — completely made fresh to our order! The employees were super helpful and friendly, and our lunch was presented quickly. We had a variety of orders, including the Italian spinach wrap, the Italian sub served hot, and the Buffalo Chicken sub served hot. All were fantastic, packed with flavor and had fresh vegetables. I was impressed with the quality of the meats. During our meal, several employees checked on us while they bussed tables around us(the place was busy!), asking if we needed refills or anything at all. Great, fresh subs + great service = fantastic place! Love this Lenny’s and will definitely return, and will definitely recommend it to all my friends.

All I can say is WOW! This place is great. One of the best Philly cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. They put tons of meat on there sandwiches. Not to mention super fresh, the bread was delicious and they slice the meat right in front of you. Service was awesome will definitely be a regular here.

I’ve been coming here for years, they’re always quick and it’s clean. I have to limit myself to only eating here once a week but honestly, I could eat here everyday!

Not sure what the other reviewers found to give low grades here, my first time here and we had Meatballs, Chicke Buffalo, French Dip and Italian between all the 5 of us, we all loved it My meatball was just great.

Not the good Lenny’s anymore. Miss the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich that had just the melted provolone. Now I think they use cheese whiz or something. Not as much meat as in the past and they skimp on the mayo and other ingredients. Used to come once a week. No longer will I come. I’ll go eat at Firehouse instead.

This place screams«were going to get your order wrong». Which they do quite well even though they have their little checklist. Extreme chips and drink pushers, seriously if I wanted the extra calories, I’d let you know. Typical suburban franchise hustle.

Lenny’s is THE place to go for fresh sliced-in-front-of-you deli sandwiches – NOTPRE-SLICEDLIKEOTHERCHAINS!!! I hear their Philly cheesesteaks are to die for too. Fresh ingredients, fresh condiments, great, personalized service. Been coming here for over 4 years. Always service with a smile! Will keep up our patronage!

This place was so disappointing. I made an online order for 2 cold sandwiches: a veggie and an Italian. I put in a special request for mustard on both sandwiches because it isn’t an option when ordering online. I got to the shop to find my order not ready 30 min after ordering. The place was empty and the sandwich dude said he’d tried to call because he didn’t want to make the sandwiches dry. I clearly said I wanted mustard on both on the online order and marked mayo on the Italian sandwich. I also didn’t have a missed call. The guy was nice enough but I got home to find he’d given me white bread instead of wheat and the bread was incredibly dry. I ordered every non-meat item except tomato, mayo, and oil on my veggie sandwich. There was barely anything on the it and when you order a veggie sandwich, you’re pretty much depending on those veggies. 2 incredibly thin and tiny slices of cheese? I’ll be hungry in less than 2 hours. Not to mention there was no mayo on the Italian even though that was clearly marked online. I’d give the place 1 star but the ingredients, except for the dry bread, seemed pretty fresh. Won’t be back to say the least.

I eat subs from different chains 3 to 4 x’s per week, and at this location at least twice per month. They make a really good Turkey sub and Chicken Philly. They run a daily special for sub, chips and drink. So it comes out under 8 or 9 dollars. The subs are meatier and cheese is fresher than the other sub shops. Compared to Schlotzkys or Firehouse(also in the area) this is by far the better and slightly cheaper sub. Get a Lenny’s loyalty card and you can earn a free sub, something the other sub shops have done away with. I’m giving 5 stars as a chain sub shop — No it’s not fine dining, but for subs it’s at the top of my short list.

I wouldn’t recommend THIS Lenny’s location. The owner(s) don’t accept(and if they do, in a very negative/pissed off fashion) any coupons, even if they’re valid at any Lenny’s location. They also don’t participate in any Facebook promotions. They’re basically stingy and have unpleasant customer service AND are closed on Sundays. I love the Lenny’s tuna sandwich but I refuse to go to this location anymore.

Its a chain sub shop. Don’t expect the best sammy ever. However, if you’re tired of Subway and want to try something a little different, give this joint a try. Hot Pepper relish is a nice little change up to the condiment world.

Lenny’s has provided me with one of the best turkey subs I’ve ever had. Thinly sliced turkey piled on & thinly sliced provolone that still packs taste, and fresh onions/tomatoes/lettuce. Really great wheat bread; some of the best I’ve had at a restaurant. The Philly is awesome too. You have to order your ingredients in a particular order which is hard to figure out considering the sign telling one to do so is a little piece of paper written in 12 point font. They also had a classic rock station playing which is acceptable eating music. I hate it when I go into a dining establishment and they’re playing 80’s power ballads or Luther Vandross. Come on! I had no idea this was a chain, and I wish Lenny’s would replace all Subway’s. Man I hate that place.

Great service, good prices, nice big sandwiches… and Spicy peppers! Yay! What more could we ask for? It’s nice because they bus your stuff for you. The tuna fish was good. The peppers are pretty spicy. This location isn’t very close to where we live but it was a great stop after buying a bike and I would recommend it to anyone.

So, since I’ve been back in Houston I’ve been looking for an Italian sub on par with what I used to get in Boston. This place will do in a pinch. The sub was good. The place was clean. The staff was some of the friendliest, most helpful, and on the ball staff i’ve ever seen in a sandwich shop. I definitely recommend this place. Closest I’ve found on my Italian Sub quest.
