This place had great food, but on the few times I manage to go. They’re either out of fish, fries or to-go boxes. I really love LJS but this one needs a lot of help. The position is terrible with the fact that last time I was trying to order, Train came and the Diesel engines and horns didn’t help either after a employee came out to tell me that they were out of fries and to-go boxes.

The service here is horrible. They can never get my order right. I normally like this restaurant but this location sucks.

The food was good. As long as you don’t want shrimp or Cole slaw. They ran out of everything three employees only one working. He was running both drive thru and as people came in. Always liked long john but definitely have to find a different location.

My last experience at Long John Silver’s made me want to buy a truck. Why? My My last experience at Long John Silver’s made me want to buy a truck. Why? Because I was stuck in drive thru for over 10 minutes waiting to order! I’ve almost developed an anxiety for any drive thru that has barriers that prevent you from leaving. So many things could happen such as an emergency, an automobile malfunction. .. numerous situations that would inconvenience more than one person. Honestly, if I was stuck in drive thru due to these situations, I would get over it, but being stuck in drive thru because of slow service? That is a no go. I was hesitant to go through drive thru when I saw two cars there. LJS is usually slow, but I was being extremely lazy after work and didn’t want to get out my car and walk in the cold. I decided to chance it even when my eyes drifted to the drive thru barriers before I pulled up. When I pulled up behind the car that was ahead of me, I noticed that they were there for quite a while. I wondered if they were still perusing the menu(but the menu is not that vast, so I just wondered what was going on at this point). After a while I saw the customer speaking to the intercom. I had already waited five minutes at this point, and was almost pretty much ready to test out my driver’s ed skills to the max and back out of the drive thru, but I guess I had a lot of patience that night and stayed put. When I pulled up, I also had to wait for the intercom to come on. After five minutes of waiting and wishing I had a truck to run over the barrier, I decided I’d just take my chances and back out. Soon as I decided to do so, my luck ran out – someone pulled up behind me! I waited another 5 minutes hoping the situation would change. Luckily, the vehicle behind me decided after 5 minutes to leave(which I should have did in the first place) so I could also back out. Moral of the story: always follow your first mind and intuition! I don’t know what was going on the night I went, but I won’t be back to find out or experience this situation again.

Went to #LongJohnSilvers for first time in years. For $ 12, my meal was just dumped in a bag like it was trash(see pic added). This was after waiting 10 minutes in drive through and I WASTHEONLYVEHICLEINLINE. Asked for Tarter sauce, rep said he put it in bag. As you can see in my pic, he only gave me ketchup. Had to remind him of my soda for my meal, which he forgot. Classless, unsanitary service. Never will return.

I just LOVELJS! I have ever since I was a kid. As fast food goes, for me, this is the Cadillac. I’m not a fan of fast food, as you know if you read my reviews, but LJS has«different». No burgers, no tacos, no same old crap I can get 1000 other places. It’s hot, crispy, moist fish! And it’s fried, which is wonderfully bad for you! God, I love their malt vinegar! This location has always been clean every time I’ve been in. The staff aren’t models of efficient customer service, but they’re functional and reasonably speedy. In any case, I come to stuff myself with delicious golden morsels from the sea. Is there a Seafoodaholics Anonymous? I think I may need help…
