Mattress Firm Clearance

David was very helpful and answered all my questions — and there were many. He was also willing to work with my budget and carefully explained all the charges, applicable discounts, differences in cost options, etc. David also seemed very knowledgable about their products. Be warned though, Mattress Firm advertises ‘same-​day delivery,’ but apparently, in the Houston area, it’s a rare occasion if you are able to get that done. Their delivery booking system allows associates, at all Houston locations, to pre-​book (days in advance) the city-​wide ‘day-​of delivery spots,’ which then makes those slots unavailable for people that make purchases and then want same-​day delivery. It’s frustrating to enter a store shortly after they open in the morning and to immediately hear they can’t do same-​day delivery — when that was the reason you chose that retailer, based on their ‘same-​day delivery’ advertisements. This is a district issue, not reflective of this store, but something worth knowing.
