I bought a sugar-free French vanilla latte from this McDonald’s and the milk or something was way overdue i’m still throwing up she offered me another Latte I said if it’s good yes she said it’s from the same machine I said make one and taste it she said no got my money back went to another McDonald’s my latte was as good as every other day Bad customer service hope no one get sick.

I’ve been coming to this location for over 25 years now. It’s not fancy, but they definitely put their best effort forward every time. They were one of the first to renovate for the new millennium, adding a couch and television at a time when no other McDonald’s had anything but those old plastic horizontal-swing chairs. More recently, they’ve taken on the standard boxy modern design of other fast food venues, but the service is still good and food comes out accurate and hot.

System was down for 30 minutes, I asked for a plastic bag, needed one with purchased tried to purchase something wouldn’t let me because I was out of my car. I went in my car went through the drive through and still wasn’t allowed to purchase anything nor get a plastic bag for an emergency.

I’m more surprised when I get a right order at this place than a wrong one. Always something missing, keyed in incorrectly or just the wrong item. They’ll look right at you… right into your eyes, tell you it’s unsweetened tea right after they just poured it and watch you drive away with sweet tea in your cup holder without a blink of the eye. Rude service, ineffective managers and minimum effort are the norm here. All that being said, it’s fast food. You get what you pay for and there is another one right down the street if you’re feeling adventurous.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. We stopped here too many times because it was so close to our last house, failing to see the writing on the wall. The list of failings is too many to count but one of the best examples was that I once received 17 nuggets in a 20 piece nuggets order: terribly trained lazy workers who clearly don’t give a darn about putting forth minimal effort. It’s Houston, there is another McDonald’s down the road. You have been warned.

I’m really mad at myself i keep going back. Worst night crew ever tonight I went through the drive thru ask for two Big Macs to medium fries and two sweeties one with light eyes big macs had no red onions on them at all the fries were actually cold I’m just mad at myself because I keep going back at night because it is so convenient but almost every time at night they mess up my order the day time seems to be a hit though they always get it correct

This visit was frustrating. We went in for a very quick breakfast and the guy at the registered had apparently never worked a register. He asked me all the right questions, but when I got my order it was completely off. I looked at the receipt and he did not mark my order correctly, even after he repeated my order back to me. When I tried to fix it, the took my order back and gave it to other people and called the manager and had to get three other people involved in order to figure out how to correct my order. What an uncohesive mess.

01/16/20145:45 am till 6 :00 and I am waiting for my meal with coffee. I was the second in 4 cars waiting. Guy behind me start honking. When I got to the window I can see the guys talking to each other. None working. Then I see the morning crew coming in. When they start moving around. He finally decide to make my coffee and open the window and gave me the wrong order. Owner is loosing money for sure. Now I go to different location cos of that.

Are you sitting down? Because I know I had to when I actually started thinking about this. Are you ready? When I get up in the morning and I am in a bad mood, I don’t turn to my friends or family to cheer me up, I don’t go to one of the many diners around the office, I don’t hit the bar hidden under my desk; no, instead I hit this McDonald’s. Not just any McDonald’s, it has to be this one. Seriously. From the moment you are greeted in the drive-thru, «would you like to try our new caramel frappé? It’s DELICIOUS!» you are met by smiling, happy people. It’s seriously like walking into a McDonald’s commercial. The people who take your money are very nice and efficient as well. But the stars of the show are the one of two people who give you your food. They always seem to be looking forward to seeing you again, are super sweet and really attentive. I have never felt rushed, and I have never, until this location, seen the people who talk to you in a drive-thru actually lean on their arms, resting against the ledge, after they give you your food and just wish you a good day and wait for you to drive off before going back inside to prepare for the next car. This review is really just for breakfast… I haven’t ever received anything by normal McDonald’s service any other time of day, but I thought that the weekday breakfast crew really stood out and deserved a shout out; they do an amazing job.
