Below poor customer service, unfortunately my first and last experience there was way below the basic customer service requirements. They were no able to meet a basic courtesy greet or even to say if they were close or not. There was another couple of cars in the drive thru besides me, and nobody ever greeted. Drove to window and they will pretend not to see us. When they saw we were still there they will just tell from inside, very annoyed, they were close after making us wait at least 15min. And it was clear we got there before closing time and there was people still inside. What a disappointment to watch so much discourtesy from so many young employees at once. Just playing around not caring for the place they work for.

No compliants… took my order quickly, got through the drive thru quickly and everything was just as I ordered. The fries could of been hotter but not that big of a deal. Easy to get in and out of this location and they have two drive thru lines.

This mcd’s is always clean fast & friendly. Food is hot especially my fries! Customer service is great with a smile
