Old Hickory Barbeque Inn

Parking: Good size parking lot. There shouldn’t be any issue getting a parking spot.

Time and Day: Ate on a Monday afternoon for lunch at 11:45 AM. There was another group of people before me (4 people) and that was it. Not a lot of people.
Food: Ordered a beef sandwich ($ 6.95) and cole slaw ($ 1.95). The beef sandwich was okay and deserves a ³⁄₅. The meat has the texture but not the taste. As for the cole slaw, it was completely awful (¹⁄₅). It tasted as if it just came from some cheap can.
Service: Pretty slow. I imagine if you were the only person in the restaurant, then you can easily get your food. But the moment you add a second person to the queue, service is slow as there is one person getting the meat.
Price: The price is slightly overpriced for below average food. Not worth it.
Overall: This place is basically a fast food barbeque place with below average food and slow service (even when there was hardly anyone there). I would not come back again.

Evelin our cashier is so nice and gave us great service. The food is very good. Old Hickory is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. I will defiantly be back!

The baked potato is delicious and I would only come back for that! The brisket was ok. Definitely a place for a «cheat day»

I absolutely love this place !! The chopped beef baker baked patato is soo good !! The service is always great! They have really good brisket and chicken. And the spicy jalapeño sauce adds an extra little kick to any combinations !! Will be coming back again soon!

Went there for dinner one night and got a chop baker, thought it was going to be good and big NO NO!!! It was soo disgusting and the beef wasn’t even chopped it was more thick chunks and not to mention the 3lbs of cheese it also had! The baked potatoe tasted old and like if it was just sitting there for hours! Not going there to waste my money again!!!

Great place! I got there just as they closed the drive thru but they still took my order and was very nice about it.
It was my first time here and ordered their Chop Baked Potato with all the fixins (I’m eating as i type this). I was not disappointed at all. The BBQ was on point and delicious! The potato was HUGE! I couldn’t finish it all by myself haha.
Overall, great first time, I will definitely be back!

F-​. The owners should be arrested for impersonating a BBQ joint. ½ pound of ribs ended up being 4 small bones with THE RIB TIPS MISSING! I’ve eaten at many BBQ places and never saw anything like that… Also, the meat seemed as if it had been cooked long before (last nite’s leftovers?). Had I not ordered from the drive-​thru I would have laughed at them and demanded a refund. They fooled me by filling the to-​go bag with fries and condiments. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Decent bar b que. Well it could be worse. I find that it’s a little pricey for lunch especially the salads.
Actually don’t do the salad, they simply lack the required ingredients to make a salad worthy of the dollars the fish from my pocket.
Service is always friendly and attentive though it could be because rarely are they that busy.
Eat here and try it out but understand you may leave feeling like you didn’t get your monies worth

Usually very good brisket sandwhiches, sometimes lousy. I have had mushy stale bread and undercooked meat before, but overall it’s very good brisket, plain bread, and thin tasting barbecue sauce. You get a little bag of pickles and onions, per tradition, with your meal.
The potato salad is good, but I am not picky when it comes to said item. We always use the drive-​thru, so I can’t comment on the inside. You get your food promptly and the guys at the window are always nice and polite, but sometimes forgetful of the extra sauce.
