One Stop Auto Service

Do not expect a welcome hello or even eye contact. Common courtesies are not common anymore. Didnt bother to stay after loser servicie.

I had been looking for a honest and fair price auto repair shop in the Sugar Land area since my mechanic retired two years ago. I had tried several shops but none made me happy. Finally, I found an auto shop that I can trust in One Stop Auto Service. Tony the owner/​manager or Alex the head mechanic always immediately check out the problem for free as soon as you bring the vechicle to the shop. They tell you the problem, the estimate time of repair, and the estimate cost to fix without up selling other services. Today was my second visit to the shop and I had the brakes of my daughter’s car check out. Alex said the rear brakes needed new pads in about 3 months and the rotors needed to be tuned. The front brakes were fine. He did not pressure me to do the job immediately. I decided to do the job now since my daughter had to drive back to Austin after Thanksgiving. Total cost was $ 142.00 and it seem fair. There are probably cheaper shops around, but trust and good workmanship are priceless when it comes to auto repair.
