Now, this *is* a fast food Americanized Asian restaurant. Typical of what you’d find in malls, and the like. That said, I must admit, the service was good, and the food was pretty much what I expected. Real Chinese food is much more subtle, and milder. Or, hotter, if you are doing Sechuan, but as I said, this is an American fast food restaurant. So, we came, we ate and were satisfied. It did the job I expected it to do…

Great price for your fast food Asian dish and real friendly customer service. I hate these ppl who give it 3 stars and say they like it but doesn’t compare to this place and that place… Well you got what you expected right? And they gave you great service yes? Then why the 3 or less stars?

Do not eat here. You are taking your life in your own hands. I’ve had 2 identical meals(Chow mein, Sweetfire chicken, and Beijing beef with spring rolls) in 2 months and *both* gave me food poisoning. One of those 2 times sent me to the hospital. I will starve before ever eating at Panda again.

I was pleased to see they were open past 9:30pm. On Saturdays they are open until 10. The food however is not fresh at all or even warm. My rice is under cooked and crunchy. I think my shrimp still had shells on it under the breading. They charged 1.25 extra for the shrimp. I will not return even if I am starving.

Quick and tasty mall quality Chinese food. A step below Pei Wei, the prices are also cheaper, and the servings are larger. The employees at this location are super friendly, especially the older Asian woman. I’m consistently amazed with how much food she’s able to pack in that 2-entrée to-go box. The waiting time at the counter is always short or nonexistent, so you should be in and out in less than five minutes. The orange chicken seems to be their most popular entrée, and chow mein the most popular side. My favorites(besides the orange chicken) are the string bean chicken and the mushroom chicken, which are on the lighter side of their entrees. Both have plenty of veggies too, which pleases me. The Shanghai Angus steak is tasty too and the quality of meat is better than you’d expect for the price, but some pieces can be too chewy. If you are undecided about what to order, they are happy to let you sample a couple of items before making your decision. For those who want to indulge without tipping the scale, Panda Express does offer healthier options like a kale chicken entrée and a naked grilled chicken breast, as well as steamed veggies for the side. They recently expanded their menu to include hot-and-sour soup, too. The nutrition information is available on their website, so you can plan your meal in advance if necessary. Panda Express is a big hit among kids, too. Their kids portions are generous(1 entrée and 1 side) and are also a good size for an adult who’s trying to keep trim. They even offer family sized portions, which include a few large entrees and a couple of sides, so you can purchase enough to feed 4 or 5 without breaking the bank. In general, Panda Express is a great no frills fast food choice and this particular location is on par with their other restaurants.

Well, it’s fast food Chinese food so sometimes it can be hit and miss, but with this location it’s usually a miss. You have to time your visit just right because if you don’t, your food is gonna be nasty. The staff here will still serve you greasy, gross, dried out chow-mein from the heating trays even if there is a tray a fresh stuff right behind them in the prep area. Don’t even think about getting the veggie spring rolls because they are filled with a discernible mush that’s supposed to pass off as food. If you ask for a fresh entrée, expect to wait at least 10 minutes and when it’s ready, they are just gonna mix it with the leftover crap in the heating trays. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Typical Chinese fast food chain. I have never had to wait in line at this location, even during lunch hours. The orange chicken and chow mien is great if you catch it when its fresh and hot. However about half the time it has been sitting in the warming tray a little to long. I always get the chow mein instead of rice. It makes the meal for me, noodles, celery, cabbage and onions. I have tried several of the other entrees, Beijing beef, Sweet fire chicken, Mandarin chicken and the Kung Pao chicken. They are Ok, but always end up coming back to the orange chicken. Guess it’s the addictive sweet and spicy orange sauce they use. The ice tea here is great. Friendly employees. Plenty of parking.

Is it sad to say that I had never experienced panda express until recently? Or is it a GOOD thing? Well actually I’m indifferent. I recently had to grab a quick bite with a friend and my options were Panda Express, Boston Market, or James Coney Island. My friend picked panda express. I was like whoa, I’ve never actually been inside of one. I figure the concept was much like the chinese food places at the mall, but they actually have americanized chinese take-out down to an art form. They have everything streamlined. You enter, pick a noodle/rice, and then start picking entrees. They were quite friendly with you trying out certain items. I opted for the black pepper chicken, beef and broccoli, and orange chicken. My favorite was the orange chicken. The other dishes had a little too many vegetables to meat ratio. I also added in an order of vegetable spring rolls which were solid, seemed fresh and not sitting out under the heat lamps for too long. The prices were fair and I was full! I would come by again for quick, decent, americanized chinese food.

Great food, great management, all around great FAST food. Reviews should be based on food, not on the fact that it isn’t «authentic». I have no complaints. It is HOT, FRESH, and FAST food. It tastes good for what it is, fast food. I have had a problem with the taste of something before but they offered to replace without issue.

Not bad for a chain. The sweet and fiery shrimp is pretty good.

This is the typical chinese fast food restaurant that caters to westerners who like their fried rice bland and their sweet and sour pork fried beyond belief and soaked in that weird hot pink red and sickeningly sweet sauce. Any one who loves authentic chinese food would likely be disappointed and I’m one of them. I only eat here if I’m desperate and don’t want to eat hamburgers and fries for dinner.

Only 2 good things to say, 1 its brand new, so it’s really clean, 2 the broccoli in the beef broccoli was good. The inside of my eggroll tasted like turkey dinner. Everything else was not worth eating and that is saying a lot coming from me. I am a human garbage disposal.
