I used to get pizza from here often and loved it. No more… went last night and ordered a slice. Their«big» slice. The very worst piece of pizza I have ever had. Both my friend and I got the slice and ate it there. The first time they came out so burned I sent them back. The second time was not much better. Cheese did not even cover the whole slice. Did not even taste good. They were not busy and still could not give us a good slice. I will never, ever come here again. HEB has better pizza! The only reason they got one star is because I had to put one. Nothing about this place is good.

This place is delicious and quick. Their staff isn’t the friendliest, but it doesn’t really matter since all you do is pick up your pizza.

I love Pink’s in general but this location has become my favorite. I came here after the Rockets game because I was starving. Corey greeted us immediately upon entering the store and was patient as we figured out what we wanted. There were so issues with the computer so he stepped away to get our pie started. Adam then stepped in to assist. He tried everything he could to get the machine work and was very helpful and informative throughout the process. He finally reached a resolution. I truly appreciate what Adam did for us. Definitely worth the trip.

So disappointed. The first pizza I got from here had a soggy crust. Not the least like NY. Another very highly praised pizza place had taken to delivering us burnt pizza. So we’re looking for a substitute. This will not be it.

Our go to pizza place. PInk’s never disappoints. Get the Bada Bing pizza.

Pretty good pizza takeout. I had the BBQ chicken pizza, which was tasty. Frankly, I’m a bigger fan of Luna Pizza, but Pink’s gets the job done. I’d write a longer review, but there’s not much to say – it’s fine takeout pizza.

A colleague at work said, «This is the closest thing to New York pizza in Houston.» Well, I took her advice, and tried out a pie from Pink’s. It did not disappoint. The combination of cheese and sauce worked very well. I decided to ‘build my own’ pizza, and the ingredients tasted well with the foundation of the pizza. But the best part was the crust. It was definitely done New York style: baked in a very hot oven, so that the bottom and the edges were very crispy and had risen as it cooked. Yet the top part of the crust was tender and flavorful. My wife got a salad, which she said was ‘scrumptious’, and the hot wings delivered as advertised: they were certainly on the spicy side, but flavorful. The ambiance is more like a take-out establishment. There are a few tables in the store, but they focus their energy on making good food, and not trying to be a fancy restaurant. If you’re in the mood for a ‘New York pie,’ this should be your destination. There are about seven locations in the metro area, and this one was closest to me. But judging by my co-worker’s raves, they all must be just as good.

I’ve been to pinks pizza a few times and i do enjoy their pizza, but I personally think they’re decent and nothing special. They are definitely a bit pricey. Last time I had a custom cheese pizza with beef and Roma tomatoes. We paid around $ 20 for three slices and two drinks. Way too expensive imo. Overall a decent place.

I’m having a love affair with this pizza. I absolutely love this pizza. I haven’t been able to go a day without thinking about the delicious pizza sauce and the amazing combination of flavors that comes with that hand tossed slice of heaven called a pie. My God, are you still reading this review? What are you doing, dial that number now and order yourself a large half Bada Bing half southwest right now. Get that baby to go so you can marathon Netflix in your boxer shorts.

The first time I went they burnt my pizza and still charged me for it. Unlike Little Ceasars they did not show it to me when I ordered. And when I got home it was too late. Very dry and tasteless. But the pepperoni sticks were good. I only order Pink’s pepperoni sticks. No more pizza for me. Little Ceasars has my vote and they proudly show me my pizzas before I leave to insure my satisfaction!

This is our favorite spot to pick up pizza on a lazy night in Houston. They have their specialty pizzas. And we’ve had just about every one of them and they’re all delicious. You can also create your own pizza or order the«big slice». I have yet to do that but have friends say it’s the way to go! Everyone is very friendly and it’s easily accessible.

This place is like any other New York pizzeria. I think what makes this place stand out is that you CREATE your own pizza, and the wait for your single slice isnt that long, maybe 10 minutes. But this place is small, so maybe bring a small group of friends.

We walked-in for some slices. I personally just had one, and it was huge. They make them fresh, so it took approx. 5 –6 min for the food to come out, but def worth the wait. Thin crust and super cheesy! Close to a New York style pizza than anything else. They have a couple of counters and stools to sit when you dine in, but def seems more like a take out kinda place. $ 3.50 per slice, but like i said, they are pretty generously sized. They do have tons of pizza’s to choose from off their menu and i am SURE it wouldn’t be a let down based on my simple pepperoni pizza. Store was maintained pretty well, and the employees were pretty nice. I would def have it again and would recommend it for anyone who is trying to get the New York pizza taste!

I’ve been neglecting carbs so I can look damn sexy on the beach this summer, but one particular Friday, I said, «F IT! I’m getting pizza.» Since I try to keep my cheat meals few and far in between, I needed to make this one count. It was worth all the calories!!! There are many topping selections that you probably won’t find at your typical pizza chain. Plus, they are made to order and super fresh! I thought it was a little pricey, though. A regular slice of cheese pizza is $ 3.50. But who just eats cheese? Add another .50 per topping. For two slices with 2 toppings on each, it came out to around $ 10. This place doesn’t have much seating, and it’s pretty small to comfortably dine in. Plus, when I visited, it was hot as hell! Get it to go or choose delivery.

Pink’s pizza is a perfect choice if you do not want crappy chain pizza and you don’t want to spend big bucks on authentic Italian pizza, you know which places I’m talking about. Here at this particular location they sell pizza by the slice and it is darn good. The pizza slice is enough, even I thought about ordering a 2nd slice because I didn’t think it would be enough. You can customize your slice, 50 cents for any additional topping of course. The pizza sauce taste authentic the pizza itself is all around tasty. However, the establishment itself needs improvement. To begin with, they have no fountain drinks which also means they have no ice. The drinks are bottled and medium cold, I prefer ice. They also do not have silverware so you will have to opt for the fold over method of eating the pizza. The toppings and the sauce just make it impossible to be eaten regularly. I really like the pizza, it is a mixture between authentic and Americanized pizza with quality toppings. Stop by and enjoy a slice or a whole pie!

This place is amazing. From the design of the boxes to the pizza itself. I ordered«the big slice» which is misleading since it is a medium slice at best. HOWEVER the taste made up for its size. I don’t live in the area but I will be returning. Two thumbs up!

Pinks pizza is solid! We were first to arrive and while we waited our pizza was given to someone else, unknown to us. The customer brought it to their attention that they ordered a large, not small. The employee stuck the small back on the shelf. When someone who came in after us got their pizza, I started asking questions. The guy was great, sorted out our order, the kids were happy to be able to eat finally, and then they voided our bill out for the whole order. We enjoyed our pizza pie and continued on our evening out. We will definitely be back

I have been driving by this place and I have always been wanting to try it out. I finally came here for lunch and I decided to get the large slice of cheese pizza with the bacon bread stix. It is a pretty small place I thought it was a little bigger, but it is your typical pizzeria place. My slice of pizza was not that bad it was good. I am used to the huge slices of New York pizzas so to me my slice was a okay. The stix that the employee recommended me to get was good and very delicious. I liked it here and I will be coming back for another big slice of pizza.

I was born in New York and lived in New Jersey for most of my life… when I say that I’m a pizza snob, I have the experience to prove it! So trust me when I say this is the best pizza I’ve tried in Houston so far. Does it taste like a magnificent, fresh, steamy Brooklyn pie? Absolutely not. However, does it hit the spot when I’m feeling homesick and want to eat halfway decent pizza? You bet! The crust is the only«real» pizza crust I’ve had in Houston, and that really makes or breaks the pizza. The slices are a little too big and floppy to be considered«true» NY style, and I don’t love that they just throw toppings on top of a cheese slice when you order by the slice, but Toto, I’m not in Kansas(…New York?) anymore. Kudos, Pink’s. I’ll be back.

Hello, 2014! And what a beautiful, second gold badge I have there in my profile :) Forgive the bragging, but there really is little I’m so consistent and disciplined with than my Unilocal status :) Ah, such a tragedy that my first review in 2014 had to be dedicated to such extremes of experiences at Pink’s. Hubbs and I drove by and in a flash, I was dancing and pointing profusely and pulling on the Hubb’s shirt. «Look! Look! Pink’s! It’s so close to home! It’s so close by! We have to go there soon and eat it!» My über-enthusiasm stemmed from an encounter of Pink’s pizza while playing Bingo with some friends for a birthday party. Memories of their Hawaii Five-O danced in my head as I remember downing three huge slices of pizza, ready to eat more. Perfect, chewy but not-too-thick crust, covered in abundant chunks of ham and pineapple, covered in a savory layer of cheese. I was all but too eager to reenact my memories with my husband. So yesterday after playing the«What do you wanna eat?» «What do YOU wanna eat?» game for 10 minutes, Hubbs decided to order a Pink’s pizza for pick-up. We decided to do half pineapple and ham, half ground beef and mushroom. For a 12″ pizza, it’s $ 9.99, plus $ 1.50 per topping. Okay, so it should be $ 13.00, right? When we put the order over the phone, the girl said, «Hawaii Five-O?» for our first half. «I guess.» Then the total came up to be $ 16. Uh, what? We later realized that since Hawaii Five-O was a «specialty» pizza that they charged for the specialty price. Which basically is extra cheese for $ 2. Anyway, they said it was going to be ready in 15 minutes. So we left and picked up our pizza. First of all, the order was under«Anna.» I don’t know how they mixed up «Sam» and«Anna»(especially since the hubbs ordered), but whatever. We paid, and then walked out. When we got home I tore open the box, only to find our Hawaii side plain. Just cheese. I thought maybe it was hiding under the cheese, but no… nothing but sauce and crust. Hubbs was frustrated and called them. This was our conversation: Girl at Pink’s: Hello, can you please hold? Hubbs: Sure (We wait for 5 minutes) Guy at Pink’s: Thanks for waiting, can I help you? Hubbs: Hi, we just picked up a pizza, and we were supposed to have Hawaii Five-O on one side, but it was actually just cheese. Guy: Okay, please hold on a second.(Puts the receiver down and not on hold)(In the distance) Hey, can you pull up the pizza with the half Hawaii Five-O? Girl in distance: Yeah, it’s right here Guy in distance: Why is it under another name? Girl in distance: Because it wasn’t their name, so I changed it. Why are you looking it up? Guy in distance: Because the pizza order wasn’t right. They ordered a Hawaii on half of it but it was only cheese Girl in distance: That’s their fault. They should’ve checked the pizza when they came in. That’s their problem, not ours (silence, then we were put on hold) At this point, we were pretty upset. Then they transferred us to a manager, who apologized and comp’ed us for our pizza. He further explained that the pizza goes through three sets of hands, and that it was no excuse for us to have received a cheese pizza. Hubbs further explained how we overheard the conversation and the girl’s comment, and he apologized again and said he would talk to her. So… crappy experience somewhat turned around by great customer service from the manager and a comp’ed meal. If I didn’t like their pizza so much, I would NEVER go back. Maybe I’ll give them some time to get it together!
