HORRIBLE! We ordered pizza from the location at 5155 Buffalo Speedway (near Bissonnet) 14 days ago and they charged our debit card for $ 2,118 instead of $ 21.18. Not only did they not catch the error (do they not reconcile their receipts at end of day?) but when we caught the error and told them about it, they were completely unapologetic and offered no recompense whatsoever. (What pathetic customer service!) Now, 8 business days later, the money has YET to be refunded and they haven’t updated us once. I mean, we are talking about $ 2,000 and since it was a debit card, we can’t just decline the charge! I’m calling this fraud and reporting them. Stay away or definitely do NOT use a debit card with this crooked establishment.

Worst experience with a pizza restaurant that we’ve ever experienced. It started by being advised they now have a new location on Bissonnet (no longer on Buffalo Speedway), despite the fact their website still shows the Buffalo Speedway address.
We placed our order over the phone. We had looked at their online menu to calculate what the total cost would be for our order ($ 20), yet when she gave us the final total price on the phone, it was $ 7 more. When I asked her to break it down by item, each item was significantly more than advertised on their website. I asked whether they honor their website prices and she said «I don’t know what the website says, but these are our prices». Imo this is false advertising. But since I had a
coupon, I decided to change my order to drop it to $ 20 (had to take off an item).
We then tried to find this new location on Bissonnet. Not only is it not anywhere to be found, via the address she gave us, but the area was extremely «sketchy». Not the type of area I would drive through unless I really had to or it was an emergency.
Since we couldn’t locate the restaurant, we called them to get directions. Instead of telling us whether we were at least in the right area, the girl put us on hold (well more like put the phone down, we could still hear her in the background), and never returned to the phone. At that point, we decided this restaurant deserves none of our money. We ended up going to a different pizza place.

We just ordered a pizza online. Our confirmation email was at 7:51 pm. The delivery time is at 8:45 pm. My wife called at 8:52 pm and the lady that answered the phone told us the order was only 46 minutes in a very monotone and rude voice. She was very un-​professional and displayed zero concern and a lack of customer service.
They charge a $ 2.50 delivery charge which they do not deserve. We will never order another pizza from them again! If the pizza isn’t here by 9 pm they delivery driver can return the pizza to the manager. They have 2 minutes.

A step above dominos and papa johns for sure. I have ordered from here a couple of times but it is just mediocre pizza for a good. price.

We enjoyed this place. The pizza was great, wings were just okay, the pizza roll was awesome for the price. My only issue was that the online prices and the actual price i paid for pickup varied a few bucks. I just assumed the website was not updated with the prices. But outside of that its a good family owned restaurant… definitely a better option than the crappy pizza chains that flood the area

Had a similar situation to the girl who tried this pizza place after moving in. Just finished helping my friends move it and we decided to try a new pizza place that was close and would deliver. Ordered online and what was supposed to be a 45min delivery became an hour and 15mins. Of course we called them and got the «we’re on our way» reply.
The pizza itself was okay tasting and had a nice amount of toppings but when you advertise thin crispy crust, it better be close to thin and at least a little crisp. This crush was limp sadly. Don’t know if it wasn’t made right or because it took them an extra 30mins to deliver.
So lesson learned, never pay and tip online or they might show up late and not care about it. AND don’t order from pizza fino or as we have named it, pizza finally…

I purchased a groupon for this place and we decided to order for pick up. This pizza place isn’t that bad. We ordered the garlic pizza rolls, and chicken pesto pizza.

It’s ok. What you’d expect from looking at it from the parking lot. Old/​run-​down/​slow.
Don’t avoid this place, but don’t seek it out. Service is extremely slow. Prices are a little high, and food is just average.

We got a groupon for this place and decided to go over.
We ordered a large Super Deluxe.
While we were waiting (about 15 minutes) we were grossed out by how dirty the dining room (about 4 tables with stools) was. All the table surfaces were grimy. The floor was dirty, even a cig butt? I had to try to block out that the kitchen might be filthy as well if the dining area was reflective.
They weren’t busy. We were the only customer. Yet no one cleaned up anything or even came out of the back, except to take our order and then went back. We saw 3 employees.
We took the pie home instead of eating there.
The pie was piled high of toppings… but not held together with anything. So they all fall off when you pick up a slice. We figured out the only way to eat it was to fold it in half. It was decent. I liked the flavor of the crust.
We won’t be ordering again due to the filthy conditions.

Came here for a pick-​up order with an online deal recently.
Pros:
— Quick, order ready in 15 minutes.
— Margherita pizza was good; very cheesy.
Cons:
— Marinara sauce was ice cold, had to heat it up.
— Hard to find. I think they still need to change the sign.
— Not sure if this is completely a con, but the cheesy breadsticks were more like thin, cut up strips of cheese pizza with not enough cheese. I was just expecting a different image of breadsticks when I opened up the box. But hey, it’s carbs, so I still ate them all.
If there’s a good deal, I might come back; if not, I’ll stick with Dominoes’.

I called to speak to a manager last THU and he finally called me back today and offered to make the situation right with me. Kudos to him for at least doing that.

My friend and I ordered a wrap. For the twenty minute wait and nearly $ 15 we paid (did not even include a drink!), the taste turned out to be a BIG disappointment. Will not return here.

If giving no stars was an option I would this place is terrible everything was cold. I ordered spinach Alfredo pizza had no taste at all ordered hot wings that were tasteless and jalapeño poppers that had no cheese in them please tell me someone tried this food before they served it to the public I have to say tho the ranch was the best tasting thing on my order. This place is a joke to all pizza places. Don’t get me started on the driver who always gets lost open your eyes dude. Everyone who ate the wings last night got very sick too where is the health inspector when we need them.

So, set up: big moving day… from 8 am, until 6pm… ALL day, when movers did NOT show up and having worked the overnight the night before. Running on nothing but coffee, all day, and STARVING once sweaty and surrounded by cardboard in our new apartment. First pizza place that comes up on google is pizza fino. I don’t know a damn thing about the area, so I go, what the hell, since I am about to eat my arm and all. Menu looked pretty good too. We order, and food arrives in a fairly timely manner for a Saturday night.
We ordered a fried mushroom appy and a BBQ chicken pizza. Mushrooms, meh … very very greasy and not much taste. Pizza was a HOT MESS. I don’t know how they made this pizza, and I am TOTALLY against eating pizza with a fork and knife, but let me tell you I dug that utensils box out and had to eat the damn thing with them in order to get it in my mouth and not all over my brand new carpet.
Taste? Only okay. To be honest, the taste could have been incredible, but the messiness of the entire pie lead me to be completely turned off by this place. The food was hot, I’ll give it that. Maybe if I’m feeling rather generous one day I’ll attempt a pizza from here again, but for now, I’m going to move on to other places in the area, and make a mental note to Unilocal any pizza place again no matter HOW hungry.

I got home tonight and was really craving wings and found a Pizza Fino flyer on our counter, so I decided to give it a shot – bad idea.
First off all, I placed my order at 6:15, and was told that my food would be delivered in 30 – 45 minutes, which is pretty standard for delivery.
An hour later – nothing. Then, I get a call from the delivery guy who says that he is lost. I stay on the phone with him for 10 minutes, trying to get him to understand where I am. I state the name of my apartment complex about twenty times, and repeatedly tell him that I’m on the fourth floor. Ten minutes later, I buzz him in the gate. Another ten minutes, and he still hasn’t knocked, but calls to say that he is lost AGAIN. Long story short, I end up having to go downstairs to meet him because he couldn’t find me. He is apologetic, but I’m so frustrated at this point, I can’t even talk to him. An hour and a half after I ordered, I finally open up the cartons: the fries are cold, mushy, and flavorless – they remind me of Ore Ida frozen fries. The boneless wings are also cold, but taste okay, about what I’d expect from Kroger’s prepared food section, but certainly not worth this wait. Not sure if their pizza is any good, but I won’t be ordering from here again to find out.

For the 732 Wilcrest @ Lakeside Place location:
It came quick enough but it was the greasiest food I have ever had. The chicken wings were actually sitting in about a quarter inch of leftover grease. The pizza was also super greasy. I ordered carrot sticks with my wings but ended up with celery instead. I will not be ordering again.

I got a small spinach and garlic pizza with garlic parmesan and hot wings. The pizza crust looked and tasted premade and the toppings weren’t very flavorful.

I took Abby Y.‘s recommendation of this place since I’m always looking for a good slice. I ordered from here today via phone and was given today’s specials. I was all ready to buy myself a pizza but the specials were too good to pass over.
Today they were having 10 wings and a pizza roll for 8 bucks. That pretty cheap. I tried the sausage roll and a pepperoni roll and for the wings I had garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper.
The pizza rolls were like greasy bread sticks with meat inside. Not what I was expecting but still OK. The wings were like BIG versions of wingstop which is a good thing. I will order from them again and this time I’ll actually try their pies.

This is a review strictly for delivery to the Med Center:
Working in the Med Center, you get tired of eating the same cafeteria food day after day or trying to find new ways to make a creative lunch to bring to work. So whats a Med Center employee to do? Order out!
Pizza Fino (formerly Sicily Pizza & Pasta) does a decent job. Their menu is easy to read, the food is pretty good, and ordering is simple! You can order online and specify the exact time you want your order delivered. And they are good with that. When we enter 1:45pm, by golly, the delivery man is calling us at 1:45pm to let us know he’s here!
Even with these hard economic times, you can’t help but tip the delivery guy well. He comes to us on time, all sweaty, and outta breath. We wonder if he ran all the way over here to deliver our food!
