I was very impressed and delighted with the customer service I received today by Terri at the Bingle Rd. location. She was kind, knowledgeable and witty. It was an overall wonderful and speedy experience from the moment I walked in the door, to the showing of the storage facility, and finally to the signing of the lease. I was a bit unsure of whether I wanted to use Public Storage or just go with another company all together. But Terri made it a very insightful and pleasant interaction. The storage facility itself is nice and clean, which I noticed she was taking care of as well. She did so by picking up trash along the way while still being focused on making sure all my questions were answered, very commendable. Overall, Five stars are adequately given for sure.
