I too had a problem where I couldn’t get a Motion to Modify served by the constable’s office in Houston who said they tried on 6 occasions. I live in Maryland so I decided i would try private process and found Rapid Response Process online. Todd was able to serve the papers that same night and called as soon as he did. He was very informative and upfront thorough out the process. So if you have to serve someone in Houston, let me save you some time and money, skip the sheriff dept. and contact Rapid Response Process Services LLC.

I tried to serve my daughter’s father with Child Support documents for over 2.5 years. My attorney had hired several different PIs and used several Constables. I had exhausted my savings. Just when I felt like giving up, I went onto the Internet and came cross Rapid Response Process Services. I spoke with Todd about my case and past experience. He assured me that he would do everything he could to get the defendant served. Todd kept his word. After only having my case for 2 days, the defendant who had been evading service for so long, had finally been served. I cried when Todd called to give me the long awaited good news. I was excited and in disbelief. Todd went above and beyond what many others had done and he got results. I would recommend Rapid Response Process Services to anyone. Their service changed my life.

After running into a problem where I couldn’t get a petition served by the constable’s office on numerous occasions I knew I had to try something different. I spoke with a clerk at one of the courts and he mentioned to try looking for a private process server. The clerk mentioned that private process servers are typically willing to make repeated attempts to serve papers and work with you more than the court or constables office for about the same price that the court would charge. Next problem was finding a reputable private process server. After a bit of Googling, I found a lot of options, but no way to know how good each service was. helped me narrow down that list. Unfortunately Unilocal didn’t have any good reviews of private process servers in my area, so I knew this was needed. After making some phone calls to check prices and how many attempts each company would make I decided on Rapid Response Process Services. From the first communication to last with Todd Garrett, I was greeted with professional and prompt replies that gave me what I needed to know. He would leave detailed voicemails and emails when I wasn’t available. He was also able to respond on weekends. After a bit of research he was able to properly serve the petition. I wish I knew about this option a couple years ago. I would recommend Rapid Response to anyone who needs a process server.
