They were heartless on the phone. We got a list of doctors from our insurance for a bladder infection. They were the only office that was open on a Saturday morning. when my wife called they said they could not take her because they could not verify insurance on a Saturday. When I called again to let them know we would take responsibility and that they were on the list we got from our insurance, the story changed and the guy says that they are full for the day and could see my wife on Monday. I then explained that my wife had a bladder infection and was in pain and could not wait until Monday. All she really needed was a prescription. His response was sadly one of no feeling. He was like a robot programmed to look out for best interest and not human.
