Sonic Drive-In

Stopped here to get a Coke w/​Vanilla added. Wound up waiting at the window for 5 minutes because the drive-​through speaker was broken. The clerk seemed annoyed that I didn’t use their non-​functioning speaker (hello…not my fault dude). Anyway, way too long of a wait for a simple drink order. Probably not stopping here again for drinks or food anytime soon.

Fast service, got my order right, and the heat was just right. I ordered the Jalapeño burger combo. This thing packs a decent punch for heat. Where taco bell sucks at making spicy food, this burger joint blew them out of the water. Great location, it is like less than 5 minutes from my office.

Great location right of 59, this is the only location in the area. The food is good and the service is fast. I got the super sonic bacon double cheese burger and it was great, good size and very tasty, everything was hot and fresh. Nothing fancy just your typical sonic

The service here has always been decent and quick. No complaints. Nothing amazing either.

We were here last night and our order was totally wrecked. The server was confused and to avoid further failure to communicate we asked her to get her manager so we could cut out the middle man and try to explain our issue.
Long story short: We finally got it all sorted out and they made it right and then some.
Customer service is great you just have to be patient with them

I LOVE Sonic, but I found this location near my work and I ordered a Diet Coke during ½ price time. I drove away and took a sip & it was nasty. Their Diet Coke either wasn’t mixed right or they don’t clean their machine because it tasted metallic. When you can’t get the drinks right, I dont ever want to come back. Won’t be back to this location again.

Fast and good service. Their milk shakes are amazing. Food is consistent. This is a decent location.

This was my first time coming to this location and I am very pleased with my experience! The food was fresh and the people working there were very friendly.

I have always relied on Sonic to cater to life’s little pleasures. Breakfast, drinks and dessert. And so it was that I stopped here and got myself a mini chocolate malt which was offered at half price after 8:00 pm. I had come to Hillcroft Avenue to pick up my wife from Shahnai’s banquet hall. It was quite late and I had not eaten anything.
I pulled in, looked at the choices and tried to order the smallest chocolate malt which was $ 1.99. I was not being stingy, I was committing a diabetic’s blasphemy! I knew the sugar high would disorient me. But I was prepared for the subsequent remorse. I hit the red button and tried to order. Here’s how it went, more or less. Sonic radio is blaring overhead so I can barely hear anything.
S — Welcome to Sonic, can I take your order?
N — I would like the smallest chocolate malt please
S — One large slushy, what kind?
N — I want the smallest chocolate malt milk shake
S — A chocolate shake, what size?
N — M A L T — malt. S M A L L — small
S — A mini chocolate malt?
N — YES
When the young man brought out the shake, I asked him politely if he had taken my order. He had and he apologized for the confusion. I laughed and blamed it on the music blaring from the speakers above. I took a sip of the extremely sweet malt, felt the sugar high creep up and drove off to pick up my wife.
When we got home, the $ 1.13 malt, was discarded. I had taken 3 sips. I did not need that sugar. I keep telling myself, no more of this fix.

Happy Hour 2 – 4 daily! Half price drinks;-)

I pulled up to the drive thru at 3:55 and put in my order around 4 PM when the receiver decided to pick up. I wanted to get a half price slushee, because of Happy Hour, but NO! They wouldn’t give it, because it was AFTER 4 PM! Jerks!

This is a great location with friendly staff and fresh food!
I have been a fan of Sonic for years. Every time I am in the vicinity of one I am tempted to stop by. Today I made a quick run to Harwin to do some jewelry shopping. On my way back to the freeway I stopped into this Sonic location for a quick bite.
As I waited for my order I thought I was waiting a bit longer than normal. Soon a cheery carhop with a contagious smile brought me my food and then I knew why I had waited a bit. My chicken sandwich and french fries were as fresh as could be!
