Just ok. Good location for people that work in Greenway Plaza. The food is ok. The service is slow and uninterested in the customer. I ate a burger today. The fries were fine. The white bread bun was very fresh. Unfortunately I ordered wheat with bacon and received neither. The pattie is too small for the size of the bun.

I have stayed at the Double tree Hotel and eaten at the restaurant yearly for the past 10 years. This experience was dismal at best. After waiting 10 minutes at the front of the restaurant (while wait staff walked by without acknowledging me), I asked seated patrons if this was a seat yourself (it was). It took 10 minutes to get a staff to ask me if I knew what I wanted without offering a menu. I ordered a grilled chicken breast sandwich. The grilled onions were cold. I couldn’t eat it as a sandwich since the bun was soggy and made it impossible to pick up. The fries were barely warm. I would have had better luck eating at Starbucks.

In my last stay at the DoubleTree I decided to have the buffet breakfast at Sprigs. What it the most amazing breakfast I ever had? No, but it was ok and the staff was really nice and attentive.
I had the entire Buffet breakfast menu ($ 21), warm and cold items. Personally, since I eat well but not a lot, I should have chosen just one dish from the menu. Their menu has many option for breakfast and I think it may be a better option for who doesn’t eat to much.
I will definitely eat their again if I am staying on the hotel.

I ordered the vegetable omelet with fries and requested egg whites. Everything was mediocre at best and the mushrooms tasted like it came from a can. :/​I think the best thing was their complimentary bread & butter.
