I needed to buy a pair of cycle shoes for spin class and didn’t want to purchase anything too expensive. The staff here was really helpful and greeted me as soon as I walked in. I didn’t get his name but the man that helped me was really great… I let him know what I was looking for and that I really had no clue about bike shoes. He took his time and didn’t try to rush me just to make a sell or try to get me to buy a really expensive pair (they have some $ 400.00 shoes). I also learned that the shoes and the clips on the bottom are sold separately but the shop put them on for me so I wouldn’t have to. The shoes were $ 99 and the clips were $ 25. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for anything to do with biking.

I’m a sucker for excellent customer service. The shop worker David was very attentive and helpful. By the time I left I knew so much more about bikes than I ever knew. Two thumbs up for excellent customer service.

i like this bike shop, its actually on 9414 Gaylord drive
spring valley– on the south side of I-10. Very good staff… I’d visit this shop and they have bargains from previous years models, so check out their sales… well equiped, great they have full service shop in the back…
