Worst customer service ever! Do not shop at this store, they pick and choose who they will wait on. Shame on Sprint!

After being looked at but never acknowledged, I finally was helped into a nice new plan with a brand new top of the line 128gb iPhone6. They didn’t have any in stock, so I had them order one. Problem is, nobody ever ordered it. It’s ok though because they are human and mistakes happen. Problem is though, that they tried to make me feel like I was putting them out for not taking what was in stock. Piss off Michael. Your Sprint days are numbered!!!

This review comments specifically about SPRINT in general(not the store). Horrendous customer service with numerous agents who are not equipped to be working. I had to change the plan on my phone which took 3 months, and I still have not been able to change. When I called with dissatisfaction that i would like to terminate my contract, as I was not happy with the POORCOVERAGE on my cellphone and the POOR customer service, I was asked to pay $ 160 fee. IF you are new to houston, and looking for a phone, try VERIZON. They have best coverage. I can’t say much for price comparison…

This Sprint store is by far the greatest store in houston. I had a broken HTCEVO with a screen that wouldnt light up, no questions asked they did everything they could to save the phone, and were actually able to get me a brand new one the next day. The store is never to busy and theres usually never even a wait. Bobbie Tran did a fantastic job attempting to save my phone even though sprint isnt exactly able to work on such new devices, or at least this phone given its non removable battery. Everyone in the store was exteremly friendly and truly concerned about correcting the issue.

I have been a loyal customer of AT&T for many years now, was with voicestream/T-mobile before that but have been a follower of AT&T since the iPhones, and since I am grandfathered into their unlimited data plans, I am stuck. However, my gf on the other hand has been with Sprint for many years, and has been dealing with poopoo phones. Her latest, has been broken for over 6 months now and has been up for a phone update since March, however, she was waiting on the iPhone 5 to be released. It may be a few more months until it gets released, but recently the Samsung Galaxy S III has been getting huge buzz. I recommended to her to come check it out and if she likes it I would buy it for her. She liked the size and weight, the phone itself she was clueless but I told her that part is not to worry. After talking with Victor he was able to help us through all of our questions. This guy made our experience even more wonderful. Helped with switching over the plan, getting the phone hooked up and adding all of the phone contacts. If I ever get fed up with AT&T I will switch over to Sprint, the customer service was just superb. BTW: I am jealous of her new phone.

Although I usually find the constant«are you finding everything alright?» and«is anyone helping you?» annoying, I am not a fan of complacent customer service either. If you’d rather sit behind your bank-teller-like desk and I can see you give this sigh as if to imply I’m disrupting your daily pinterest internet-time when I walk in, then I’d rather not talk to you either. Or give you my business. My boyfriend and I walked in. The store was empty, save for one guy looking at a smart phone by himself and three customer service representatives sitting behind their computers. Although I’d like to think they were familiarizing themselves with discounts and deals currently put forth by Sprint, I’m probably giving them too much benefit of the doubt. The two older reps gave a look to the youngest one(who was either in high school or just finished high school) and he sighed and came over to us. Actually, we walkd about 2⁄3 of the way to his desk and then he walked the other 1⁄3. We asked about their current plan options and he handed us a brochure and told us everything was in there.(Gee, thanks… I couldn’t tell that those tables with prices and minutes in there was what I wanted… I appreciate ALL your hard work and friendly customer service.) Anyhow, out of the four phone stores we visited this weekend, Sprint made the worst impression on us and we were out of there within 3 minutes.

I think my ratings either take a big downfall or a big upgrade for one main reason. Customer Service. I’ve been with Sprint since I spent time in Manhattan in ’02 and it’s surely different in Texas than New York. My calls drop more often here(because of less generators?). Ok so they’re not the BEST cell phone carrier. Who cares? A cell phone service with friendly and helpful employees? Screw the 2 year contract, I’ll take the 4 year! It keeps me a faithful customer because they’re so helpful and they take pride in helping the client. Recently, I’ve been hit with a cell phone issue(which is already frustrating) but these guys took care of me to the best of their ability. More than I can say for other Sprint Houston locations. I don’t feel rushed here and even though I’m not the most phone savvy girl, they don’t make me feel like my questions are stupid. This location may be a ways for me but I’ll travel to it any day.

I had to switch to a new phone sometime during my finals a few weeks ago and tried to do this online. I made a mess of it and ended up with no phone. I went over to the Sprint store which only had one other person in it besides me. The lady at the counter was extremely helpful. She got my phone active in no time at all and even transferred all of my contacts from one phone to the other and explained a little about some of my service coverage. She did all of this very patiently and at no charge. I felt a little weird about that so I ended up buying a car charger, which was needed anyway. I really love Sprint service and never have trouble with dropped calls like my friends who use AT&T.
