Tmobile ads are very misleading. I signed up using Jump On Demand. Surrendered an iphone6+ and iphone5s, both 64gb, worth $ 720 according to Gazelle. With this promo, I signed up for two iPhone6s for $ 5/mo and $ 12 mo, respectfully. The network sucks. Zero bars in Rice Village. Constantly falling back to Edge(2g). Slow data speeds during peak times; 1.8mbs or less downlink. Upon exercising the Coverage Guarantee, where they unlock the phones to let you go to another carrier, you LOSE the above mentioned pricing. Now I’m stuck paying Tmobile $ 32.99 per each phone until the end of the lease. This is in the extremely fine print of the multi page lease agreement. CROOKED! So Tmobile pockets the $ 720 for phone trade in; and I’m out. Sound very carrier of them, eh? I’m leaving Tmobile after three months of poor data, crappy service, and condescending customer service. Att and Verizon have the coverage. Tmobile does not and can not compare.

This was a great experience! I walked into the store at about 6:30 on a Saturday(they close at 7PM and I was trying to avoid the crowds). Christian(Chris) immediately greeted me and asked if I needed help. I told him I was looking to switch from AT&T to TMobile, and he quickly showed the plan options and told me about phones. He did not pressure me into getting anything and really listened to my needs and what I wanted. He was also very knowledgeable on the different phones and how newer vs older models compare. I am very happy I made the switch and did it at this store!!! I recommend this store location!!!

I have been here three times and every time they open up late. To no surprise they did it again sorry a scowl on their face. They were rude, and asked me to wait another five minutes in the store after opening the door. Thee T-Mobile store on Washington is the best, but it’s busy probably because of their exceptional customer service, and attractive staff, that being said these people look like slobs, and seem very dull. I like the service T-Mobile provides, I don’t like the sales staff at this store.

The customer service at the T-mobile on Shepherd is TERRIFIC, especially compared to the T-mobile in Meyerland on Belfort. So impressed! At the Shepherd location, I came in to ask questions and not to buy anything, and the store manager(Richard, I think) was so helpful and informative. In comparison, the Meyerland location where I had already bought my phone was a zoo. Way overcrowded. While the employees there were helpful, they were not very knowledgeable. I recommend coming to the T-mobile on Shepherd, EVEN if you have to drive a little out of your way. Worth it for knowledgeable staff who will take the time to work with you.

Incompetence, rude behavior and an unwillingness to help customers are what characterize this TMobile store. The staff at this TMobile location shout at customers, do not take ownership of problems and try, whenever possible, to direct customers to their telephone support line, which, in turn tries to foist customers onto local stores whenever it is unable to address a customer’s concerns. Part of the problem, of course, is TMobile’s corporate culture/corporate philosophy, which does not empower its employees to address their customer’s concerns. That said, the performance and outright hostility of the TMobile customer support staff at this location/store is, quite simply, deplorable.

By far THEBEST customer service I’ve had in a long time! Scarlet was very nice. After having a HUGE problem with T-Mobile over the phone, them saying one thing and doing another, I came in to this store, and she walked me through how to fix it. After I did as she advised and came back, Edward spent hours(literally) helping me figure out what the best plan to suite my needs were, helped me get a new phone set up, and I ended up saving over $ 100/mo. on my plan without losing any minutes, options, or services. I highly recommend this store to anyone needing associates to recommend and help with what is best for you. I never felt rushed or like I was being a bother. A+!
