Great staff very knowledgeable. I was in and out pretty quick. I even bought a new Bluetooth. All of my info was backed up on my Gmail.

If you are used to trashy ghetto service then go to this store. I usually go to stores in the Champions/Copperfield area and their service is exemplary. But this store is staffed by generally braindead employees and the manager, Brian, I believe, could not give a crap either. Go elsewhere if you have any issues. I almost cancelled my service with Sprint because of their terrible service. I had a phone that I purchased a screen protector and it was bubbling up. Before I finished my story, the clerk said call Zagg. I said I haven’t told you the brand yet, so she shut up. I explained that it was a Sprint accessory(Sprint Branded) and it was installed by Sprint at the Willowbrook store. She could not care less, I said it said limited one year warranty, did not look at it or care just said you have to buy another one. Nitwit manager steps out and hit the play button and just kept repeated«I’m sorry» «I’m sorry» over and over. I told his to hit pause and go away I just want to spend three hundred dollars and get the hell out of the store. I did not feel like arguing over 15 dollars. Anyway, I asked if one of the Otterbox cases came in white and I was told to run over to the ipads and look it up. I turned around and walked out. DONOTGOTTOTHISSTORE.

Experiences in Sprint stores in general are a mixed bag of pleasant greetings, followed by long waits while you browse through the store waiting on a service person to assist you. This location tends to be a rather busy location, so I’d recommend coming here during off-peak hours, or trying a different location in general. Saturdays and weeknights are often the worst wait times as a function of when most people come in to have phone issues resolved. I’ve been a loyal Sprint user for over a decade, but I will have to admit, I rather avoid going to the sprint store as much as I can… I try to handle everything online as often as possible.
