Verizon Wireless

I normally never write reviews, but I thought I would write one about my experience. I’ve never had this much excellent customer service with any other carrier until I switched to Verizon last weekend. Michael Yates and Kristen at this store (S Main St near Reliant) have both been very helpful in getting my 3 lines ported over to Verizon. I felt they had gone above and beyond their duties with making sure I felt satisfied with the service. I received a call today from Michael and Kristen today following up and seeing if there was anything else I needed. This is what real customer service feels like!

Within the last few months I have been spending a lot of money on cell phones and service. I got my gf a samsung galaxy s3 via sprint, then ended up getting myself one via at&t, and then I get a call from my mom from her land line… she says she dropped her phone in a cup of water and it’s dead. Mind you this is the 4^th phone in the last 6 months including a brand new 4G LTE smartphone.
So I told her these are her options for what she needs, unlimited talk and text, with some data. I told her you can get month to month for $ 50 with a cheap basic phone and we can go ahead and get something better down the road. I called up verizon to confirm on all deals and Louis picked up. He answered all of my questions and even gave me help with directions. When I arrived at the store he was a great help showing me the different options for her and not always just pushing the most expensive options. I hope verizon works out because she just left Tmobile. So now I have direct experience with all 4 of the major cell phone providers.
