Starbucks

I’m giving this Starbucks 4 stars because back when I was in high school my friends and me would always go to this Starbucks and just chill there! Back then I used to love this Starbucks because everyone there was so friendly and you enjoyed being there! Now you don’t know what you will get! If you come around 3 good luck getting your order in less than 10 mins because all the MHS kids will be there making the line super long and it’s worse because this location is super tiny, So avoid around that time! I’ve come here several times and they actually forget to make my drink and I have to hunt down the barista to ask them about it, so yes whenever they ask you if you want your receipt get it because it will be beneficial. Service can be very very slow, now every time I come here I just want to order and bounce. I don’t know what happened to this location

This is a smaller location compared to others I have visited. It’s quite busy in the mornings, parking is adequate, and service is prompt.

Nice small little Starbucks. Not enough seats, however the locations is accessible. Ordered a caramel macchiato.

LOVE this place! I come to this location every Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning. In a little over a year, the staff has only screwed up my order twice. Sa’id (sp?) is very sweet and amiable (but is leaving, so sad, as he was my fave barista!). Melissa and Jen are also very friendly, the whole staff is, everyone knows your name (or face). The shop is small and does not have a drive through which I don’t mind as I never have a problem finding parking. Starbucks is an essential part of my weekend and this location does not disappoint.

This is a tiny Starbucks. This is not a convenient place to sit down and eat or drink. Parking is very difficult. There is a driving school around the corner and it takes up most of the spots. There are only two small tables inside to sit at and one table that will seat four people. So a max of 8 can fit inside. Not a good place to meet up with others. Service was ok. Even a short line is crowded because shop is so small. Very disappointed. Probably won’t be back. I don’t come to Starbucks for the coffee which I think is mediocre but rather for the other conveniences.

I have been so disillusioned with Starbucks of late for a few different reasons but the Echo Lane staff are restoring my faith. With the promotion running at the moment making a purchase on my app is not sufficient to enter me into the draw (this I think is very wrong) instead you need the code from your receipt to enter online. Why then have I needed to repeatedly ask for my receipt at the Beningus and Memorial City Mall locations? I guess I will just have to make this location my new local

Rude and miserable serving staff and very long wait times. Staff walk away from counter to take stock when there are half a dozen people in line. They are certainly not enjoying their job. Two stars as the drink was ok and the barista was trying her best.

If you want something simple like water or coffee, this location will not be a problem for you. If you want them to make anything more complicated than that, beware.
It seems most of these «baristas» don’t know the basics of drink making. For some reason, things here don’t taste quite right. At first I thought it was me, but over the course of 1+ year coming here and hearing from others, I know it’s not me nor trainees.
Stay away. Lattes that require powder (e.g. green tea) are always chunky and other drinks taste like they are just covered up with milk. –_​_​–
Service…depends on who is there. Some are rude when they mistake your order, others are mildly friendly. Stay away if you can. Only come for convenience sake.

This place gets pretty packed in the mornings. Busy in the mornings and it becomes less busy after lunch time. Whenever I order from this Starbucks, usually there’s only one barista making the drinks. So, your drinks may take a while. Drinks are well made. I always get an Iced coffee with soy and hazelnut. I knocked a star for cleanliness. The trash bag gets pretty full by the cream and sugar. It’s not sanitary to let trash build up.

They usually get my order right and are fast and friendly.
I wish they had a drive thru, but that won’t stop me from coming here.

It’s on my way to work. The drive-​thru can take forever, it’s best to just go inside the majority of the time.

I usually only stop at this location when I eat at the LePeep’s which is 3 or 4 doors down. It’s always clean. The baristas get the job done. My drink is completed correctly. No complaints.

They are open at 5:00am so to us people that have to show up to work at 6:00am and want something tasty, they got us covered.
I don’t even know the guys name when I walked in but I was immediately greeted with a «GOOD MORNING HOW ARE YOU?» He was super friendly and noticed I was on my way to work so took my order right away and while the barista was whipping my drinks up he chatted me up a bit to make me feel not so lonely in this empty Starbucks at 6:00 in the morning. I ordered 2 Skinny Iced Caramel Macchiatos (no they”re both not for me!) and when I had said skinny he asked me «WHY?». UGH YOU’RE SO SWEET.
My hands were full with my purse and my apron and what-​not so before I could even grab my drinks and go the friendly little barista took my two drinks and put it in those coaster trays for me to take to my car. They even asked me when and if I would come back to visit them to buy drinks.
Super friendly people, kind, caring, and makes awesome Iced Caramel Macchiatos. I’ll be back soon!
