Location: I love the concept of the design of this place– half drive thru and half order at the walk-up window and wait at the counter for your drink. There is outside seating, so for the area, makes this Starbucks a unique outdoor place to come have coffee with your girls. Service: Downside of such a small Starbucks means less employees, so everything is extremely slow. I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes without moving, so I decided to park and go up to the empty window. The barista noticed me but didn’t come to open the window for another 5 minutes while I stood out in the misty, cold weather. She took my order without a thank you, and I waited for another 5 minutes for my drink. So if you don’t mind waiting a total of 25 minutes for a cup of Pumpkin Spice Latte, this is a great place to go! Overall, I take off a star for the speed of service, and another star for the quality of customer service. Not a terrible place, but nothing too impressive.

For a location that seems built for fast and easy it’s anything but. When I pulled in, the drive thru line was out towards the feeder so I thought no biggie I’ll just go inside. It’s a cute little location. Go to park and notice that there is no inside, just a walk up window and an outside seating area. Obviously this would not be an ideal location if you planned on studying or working if it wasn’t perfect weather outside. Slowest service I’ve ever experienced in a Starbucks store. They have the fast and easy factor going against them rather than for them. Super apologetic employee but I mean come on… It’s super loud– we’re outside. On the side of an interstate. With a small window for communication Would say maybe this would work in a different setting. Just isn’t cutting it here.

Fast and only a drive in or pick up so don’t plan on hanging out unless you want to be outside.

I love the convenience of the drive thru at this location — I just exit I10, get all the way over to the right, and bam — I am at the order screen. I usually get to the line about 6:50AM, and the line moves fairly quickly and you can easily see your order on the huge, lit screen. The only thing I wish they would have at this particular spot are friendlier baristas. They do say the obligatory«thank you» but hardly do I ever see a smile.

The worst sbux I’ve ever been. Slow and waited to take my order at drive thru. There are only two cars in front of me. After order taken, I was paying my order with rewards. I clearly told the cashier I’m PAYINGWITHREWARD and he confirmed it. After he swiped my card, turned out he didn’t redeem my reward, instead he charged me! Apparently he is not well trained and didn’t even know how to process to redeem reward drinks. Then he handed out my drink. I ordered an ice drink and he gave me a hot one! Wrong order! Worst sbux ever!

Great location with subpar service(at best). 15 minute drive thru wait for 2 drinks. 2nd drink wasn’t started until the workers realized we were watching them, only to leave a smart@$$ remark as we drove away

Slooooow service! One of the worst I’ve been to. As soon as you drive up they ask you to wait a minute. Ha that’s an understatement! I waited 4 minutes(yes I timed it) The baristas seem nice. Just slow!
