Nice breakfast spot close to work. Great staff. Very busy during lunch. Good food. Affordable price.

The waffle was great and the hostess and manager were very nice. Those were the only highlights. My waitress seemed to forget about me I guess I wasn’t interesting enough for her to wait on me. It got so bad that the hostess had to to come to my table and another waitress brought my food etc. Unfortunate because this place is close to my job.

We order from this place a lot. This morning we ordered a cordon blue skillet and strawberry banana waffle with sunny side up eggs and bacon. The cordon blue skillet was inedible. The chicken tasted rotten, the cheese was slimy, and the potatoes had black areas all over them to the point that they were bitter. Absolutely disgusting. The sunny side up eggs arrived cold and according to the person who had them, didn’t taste like eggs. I’m very disappointed as we have ordered from here many times and always enjoyed it, but I will never order from here again.

While the people who work here are friendly enough, this is easily one of the worst breakfasts I’ve eaten in my almost 57 years on the planet. Eggs Benedict. Horrible. It would be a much better idea to buy a frozen eggs Benedict meal from Kroger, than to eat the crap at this place. The alleged«eggs Benedict» came with about 15 little potato cubes… like whatever was left in the bottom of the bag of frozen potatoes… Really, this place must survive from its location only. Fire the cook! These are eggs and potatoes for chrissakes…

I’ve had come to this restaurant quite a few times with a few friends but mostly my girlfriend(she loves it) and I have never had a problem or complaint about anything. What I love about this Egg and I is that they are good at what they do. Great and friendly service, our meal always coming out on time and well cooked(Love their Kale Cooler. The Manager Tom checks on us and I always see him running his store like a good leader should. Props to whole staff. Great team work. Will definitely keep coming.

Went for an early Sunday brunch and it was pretty packed. We were seated in a timely matter and the waitress came over immediately. The food was worth the wait!

They just lost another loyal customer. This restaurant originally presented itself as a high-end breakfast restaurant, but they started cutting too many corners. One of the first changes they made was not allowing customers to make special requests to their menu. You have to take it like it is, or not at all. Then this morning, I discovered that they are discontinuing their dark roasted coffee and only serving traditional coffee. When I’m paying $ 15 a plate for breakfast, I expect more.

First the service was very friendly and attentive. Diego, our server, was fast, friendly and very pleasant. However the 3 stars is for the restaurant product and prices. we ordered the bold coffee but what we received was very weak/lukewarm coffee, we ordered poached eggs medium and received hard poached eggs. Diego offered to take them back to the kitchen and have them remade but we had already began eating them. overall food was good but is a bit overpriced. I had the seasonal breakfast platter which is $ 13 a plate while my boyfriends regular breakfast platter was $ 9.89. Overall, because they are the only place we know that offers whole wheat pancakes we will probably be back but kitchen needs to step it up.

Ummm nice people but I will never order corned beef hash from a restaurant ever ever again. Now I don’t know if this is how it’s supposed to taste and I grew up eating special corned beef hash. It just tasted so undercooked. Being this is my first time ordering it from a restaurant maybe it’s somthing I didn’t say. ??? It was so gross. I can’t think of anything have ever ordered that tasted as bad as this. Idk maybe people like it like that. Undercooked. I was craving it sooooo bad but I have learned a valuable lesson. Somethings you just don’t order out. 2 stars for nice staff.

Went there for the first time with a friend and it was busy. The service wasn’t really that good, we waited for the order and they got it mixed so we had to wait even more. Food was good, we had four different orders and we were satisfied.

We got there just before the breakfast crowd arrived. Our waiter was nice and provided good service. The only thing was that he entered my mom’s order incorrectly. She asked for the regular Eggs Benedict and instead she received the Crab Eggs Benny. Still, it was a nice surprise and she enjoyed eating it. I had the healthy dish of the chicken sausage scramble. It was made with egg whites, chicken sausage, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes and garnished with green onions. It was delicious! The coffee and hot chocolate was served hot and fresh. I read about delays in service but we did not experience any lags. We got our food quickly! We’ll definitely come back again to try the sandwiches.

The service is not great, not even good, I started referring to our waiter as soulless guy, he was as bland as the food. My Belgian waffle was soggy, the coffee warm(not hot) and watered down and it took forever! Was looking forward to a fun breakfast out but wishing I had cooked at home instead

Usually, this chain is very consistent across the board. I have never had«bad» service of food. This time it just seemed to be a little off. The food was good but was not as hot as it should have been. My breakfast came to the table warm(not hot). Somewhat disappointing because by the end of the meal I was eating cold eggs. I did not finish the plate.

Most expensive breakfast. The eggs are runny, bacon thin. Pancake syrup in watered down and worst of all fake butter. I am sorry but even McDonalds gives real butter. I can’t believe how expensive this breakfast was especially not to give you real butter. Never ever coming here again.

Breakfast is always great along with the fast & friendly service. Everything’s good no complaints. Very fast service no matter the time of the day. Extremely clean establishment along with restrooms is a major plus in my reviews.

The food was very good as well as the service but it seemed overpriced for what it was. Now don’t get me wrong, it does amaze me what places are charging for breakfast now days and this is a Step above. But not that large enough of a step to justify the price. But it was not so much that I wouldn’t go again. Nice atmosphere and service was spot on. Portions were large enough and everyone at my table liked what they got and some to go boxes were needed.

Saturday 10÷24÷151:00PM Wow. Such horrific service. It’s not often that I get brunch with my mom, but eating here today was awful. I RARELY write negative reviews, but man, I’m mad for my mom since she was so upset and mad. Look. Here’s what happened. My mom and I arrive, we wait a good 10 minutes to be seated. Not bad. But after getting seated, it just went downhill after that. Our server was Lisa. She was basically the worst. We were hardly ever acknowledged by our server. It took her a good 7 – 8 minutes to come to us. And when she finally took our order, she just kept disappearing. Then, when we get our food, it’s not even the correct order. She drops off our food and rushes off before we could point out that it’s not even the right order. I’m not blaming the cooks at all. It’s more so the fact that Lisa was no where to be found. We freakin had to flag down someone. We got a guy in a red collared shirt named Ken. My mom was really wishing Ken was our server instead on Lisa. I’m going to point out that Ken was WAYMOREATTENTIVE to my mom and I than our original server. She didn’t even bother to refill waters, ask us if food was okay… NOTHING. By that time, my mom just wants to leave because our server is no where to be found for 30 minutes. This place closes early. It’s she freaking hiding before it’s time to close?! Like what the hell. We finish up eating and guess who gives us the receipt. Ken. The only person who replaced my mom’s incorrect meal, refilled our waters, gave us a to go box, and our receipt. We head to the register to tell the manager and he was surprised that our server would not be attentive. We mentioned that she didn’t deserve a tip and he agreed. HOWEVER, he didn’t apologize on behalf of her lack of service. All he did was agree that she didn’t deserve a tip for not serving a table. Look, when my mom is mad, I get pissed. I hardly write angry reviews but I’m pissed. Real mad. Sorry, not sorry.

I went on a Saturday morning and it was very busy. The inside is very small so we waited outside. When we did get seated, there was a large party across from us and the waitstaff took chairs from our table to accommodate them and they were so busy making sure that they were taken care of that we kind of just got put on the back burner. The food was great, the prices were reasonable but the service was not up to par.

Decided to try a new place for Sunday brunch, and boy was I pleasantly surprised! There was a short wait, but on a Sunday at 11:30 there’s always a wait! Seated after 10 minutes and was quickly greeted by our waiter and drinks ordered immediately. After ordering, I got the Mexican skillet and my friend got the Santa Fe Skillet, our food was delivered in less than 10 minutes! It was hot and fresh and delicious! After asking for another glass of water, the waiter brought a carafe, which I thought was really nice. Pricing not any different than other places, but excellent service. Altogether a great experience, will be coming back!

This is my Saturday morning spot, but it gets crowded so you must get here early. I’m usually here no later than 8:45AM and can be seated immediately. If you arrive after 9:00, you will more than likely have to wait for a seat. This is not a very large restaurant and they are only open until 2:30PM on the weekends. They are open until 2:00PM during the week, so it can get crowded fast. I’ve had several items for breakfast and was very pleased with every last one of them. My favorite is the Eggs Benedict. The eggs are poached to perfection! If you’re not into poached eggs, then you should definitely try either the French Toast or the Belguim Waffle. Both dishes are very good. For your beverage choice, I suggest either the Rain Forest coffee or the Orange Juice. You will be pleased with either choice. The staff is very friendly, and although the restaurant gets crowded, the waiter always checks on us in a timely manner. The customer service here is great. This will continue to be my Saturday morning breakfast spot. You can never go wrong with good food, and great customer service.

Nice little breakfast place that is pretty busy on a Sunday morning and a step up from IHOP in terms of quality of venue and service. Hate to say it but IHOP service is sometimes questionable as are the fellow diners. The servers here will not memorize your order, but they will bring it out in a timely manner. Food is healthy and served in reasonable portions. For gargantuan portions like a stack of pancakes on top of a huge omelet and hash browns, you will need to go to IHOP and brave a sea of mullets inside and monster trucks in the parking lot.

Probably the best thing about this place is the diversity in the menu. There is plenty of healthy and hearty(i.e. insanely awesome comfort food) on the menu. I’ve had several not-so-heart healthy breakfast dishes and found the quality of ingredients to be top notch, this isn’t an IHOP. If you want breakfast, this place is a notch above. I even like it more than Le Peep, as the menu is much larger and you seem to get more quality food for about the same price. And the servers were very friendly and knowledgeable. What really deserves five stars? The server gave me the wrong dish, it wasn’t what I ordered. But I tried it and LOVEDIT! I told them it was fine, but they insisted on charging me for my dish, which was cheaper.

I visited this location of the egg and for the first time this weekend for brunch with my family. We have had great experiences at the other locations, and this was no different. The place was packed, but there was only a short wait. Our service was excellent, and our meals came out quickly. My garden frittata was delicious. Most meals come with grits or potatoes, and the potatoes are fantastic(although I have never tried the grits). The Egg and I consistently meets my expectations. If you’re looking for food adventure, this isn’t your place. But if you’re looking to have good food and friendly service at a good price, then I highly recommend this restaurant.

Beat the traffic this morning and decided to have a bite to eat. There was a Denny’s but decided to give the egg and I another chance. I wanted the pork green chili sante dr dish which was amazing! But I wanted to have a pancake too. So I decided to have just a single pancake. Was disappointed with the cleanliness of the restaurant as there were small bugs all over my table, which doesn’t bother me, but would bother lots of people. Waiter was alright nothing to write home about. But my biggest issue was the bill. That single pancake I requested? $ 5.29. It wasn’t even that good. Granted it was huge, but big doesn’t always mean good. Definitely wasn’t worth 5 dollars. There is no reason on this earth breakfast for one person should be 19 dollars. None. Go next door to Denny’s. Where 20 bucks will feed 3 people.
