My new go-to place for breakfast! Service was great(Ibett), food was phenomenal and the place is super cute. Try the banana/pecan pancakes, you won’t be disappointed. There is a coffee bar in addition to the traditional stuff. We had breakfast tacos(huge portion) and enjoyed everything. Would highly recommend!

Went to the Memorial City store on a busy Saturday morning. Great location in the heart of the city right off I10. Parked in the garage then slid through the door right near the front desk and elevators. We were immediately seated in this clean great smelling place. Most if not all the booths were taken already. Hostess had a great smile and proximity to the kitchen and coffee bar was a great spot to seat is at. I was even greeted by another patron. Our server was nice and got our order placed quickly. The menu is pretty deep and you cannot go wrong with most items. Well it was chicken and waffles for my son and Buddy’s Favorite for me. Food came within 10 – 15 minutes and we chowed down. Nothing but goodness, right portion, and great flavor. Service is pretty darn good and we’d definitely be back to throw down other items on the menu. We have been to the Frisco location so when we saw this we knew this would not disappoint. Not sure if they are affiliated but nonetheless with a brunch placed named Le Peep come on who wouldn’t come. Have a crêpe or two as a suggestion. Mmmmmm mmmm good. Good food and just about right priced for the area.

I usually don’t write reviews unless something really bad ticks me off, so I just had to get this off my chest. So this was my 1st time here and the service was very subpar at best. The 1st waitress greeted us and sat us down, asked us what we wanted to drink. We requested hot tea. After waiting about 15 minutes for our tea to arrive, another waitress came along and asked us if anybody has helped us. We told her yes and but our tea hasn’t arrived and we been waiting to order our food. The 2nd waitress was very uninspired and kept questioning if someone had helped us yet. She ended up taking our order and brought us the tea, basically the 1st waitress just totally forgot about us. The waitress brought us our tea cups and hot water which basically just came out of the dishwasher, the thermos with the hot water were basically soaking wet. Anyway the food that was brought out was very good and I am not going to knock them for that, our pancakes were very big and was a good size portion, we had to take it to go, my Arizona omelette was good and also a big portion. In conclusion I was please with the food but disappointed with the uninspired service of the wait staff. One thing I must add was that there were 2 other waiters and a guy that worked the bar area that asked us if we been helped with or not, with lead me to believe if there is any type of organization within the restaurant. Overall I would give 1 star for the service but the food was pretty good.

It was a full restaurant when we arrived and tastefully decorated. Short wait b/c we sat @ bar. $ 32 with tip for an open faced English Muffin with turkey and Zydeco pasta. Both were delicious. Waiters were polite and very helpful with menu selections. You won’t be disappointed.

This place is near my child’s pediatric doctor, so it will most likely be a place that we frequent. The first time we came here, I ordered the Chicken n’ Waffles. They were nothing spectacular. However, when I asked the waitress about them, she offered a not-very-convincing pep talk of the product. We both knew she wasn’t that impressed with them. I took the risk anyways, and she was totally right. So we gave this place another shot. This time, I had one of their more hispanic plates, and it was great! I haven’t been impressed with the coffee here, I can’t put my finger on it, but their coffee bar is good. I would skip the brew, and go straight for a latte or something similar. It isn’t great, but it beats the house brew. Solid place to eat for the area, and the price isn’t terrible. It isn’t cheap either though. Give it a try!

I’m a longtime fan of LePeep. I typically visit the one in the village however, wanted to try this new location. As always let’s start from the parking lot. I was pleasantly surprised, I thought parking would be a challenge given the location and it was not. I arrive about noon and there was plenty of parking. We got a seat right away, no wait. The restaurant was busy but not crowded. The décor is new and nice. I like the new design. I had my usual lumber jack breakfast and my guest had breakfast tacos and an omelet. Everyone left with happy plates. I recommend this chain for breakfast never had lunch. Price is very good. Eye candy not much of that so either take it with you or just focus on getting your grub on!

Had the eggs benedict… May have screwed up from the get go there. Service good, good came out suspiciously fast. So, big platter came out. potatoes were cold, and tasteless, hollondaise was tasteless, muffins wet, huge slab of ham under the eggs… eggs were good. then there was this mystery lot of über sweet and cinamon apple. really bad breakfast. hacked my way through the ham and a soggy muffin, wishing if home elsewhere…

Clean, quick, and simple brunch meals. I hate walking into a stuffy diner smelling all kinds of foods mixed together. Luckily I did NOT have that experience at this location. They did a renovation on the building recently and the atmosphere is modern with a hint of 50s flare. The espresso bar in the middle of the restaurant tended by a cute barista with a bow tie was a nice touch. I got the migas which were generous in size and served with a bowl of refried beans. Could have done without the jalapeños in the migas since they were a little soggy for me. The food was hot, the coffee was cheap but good, and our server kept us happy. Overall meal for two migas and two coffees was around $ 30 with tip – not too shabby. Bathrooms here are automated EVERYTHING. This location is on point especially compared to its ugly stepsister on Westheimer/Wilcrest. Will definitely come back for more! :)

Reliable breakfast/brunch place, Migas, chocolate chip pancakes, eggs benedict, turkey sausage. Good service, quickly served our food after ordering. This location is newish, have a coffee bar, speciality coffees and a couple of smoothies. Reasonable prices

Hooray for another brunch spot! Nothing spectacular, but it’s always nice to have another option for classic breakfast foods besides IHOP. They opened not too long ago so everything is still sparkly and new inside(and I hope it stays that way). Service is attentive and quick, prices are reasonable, coffee is complimentary and portions are large. Would recommend ordering their pancakes– any variety!

I had the classic eggs Benedict and they were good. Everyone in my party was pleased with their food. I have to say my daughter’s pancakes were outstanding. This is one of the few breakfast places that serves freshly squeezed orange juice. Service was very attentive and friendly. Happy to see this place open back again.

In my opinion, Houston lacks a lot of decent breakfast places that serves good breakfast/pancakes… There are some, but not a lot of good ones compared to say Dallas or even Austin. I usually go to Le Peep when I crave pancakes, plus it is family friendly. This location is probably the best Le Peep location, but it is smaller than the Westheimer location. Like I mentioned, when I crave pancakes, I typically goto Le Peep. I love their banana pecan pancakes. They have a great variety of egg/omelet dishes and they all are pretty good. Their French toast/waffles are pretty good too(not New York’s Ken & Ziggy’s or Avalon Grill good, but good never the less) Like anyplace, service here can be good or lacking sometimes. If you go to Le Peep during any of the typical rush time, there probably will be a wait. Again, while not the best, Le Peep is consistently good and I know I will have a great breakfast every time I go there.

I haven’t been to Le Peep nearest to my house(on Westheimer close to 610 N) because it’s always packed. We met up with a friend at the Katy Fwy location and based on my experience I don’t quite get the popularity assuming they’re all about the same. The food is solid and the setting is nice but the food is lacking that extra wow factor that would justify the crowds. I will fully agree that the service is top-notch and the food LOOKS amazing. The taste, just like the 3-star Unilocal rating, is A-OK.
