As I have some time before a doctor appointment, I decided some breakfast and a flat white would be good before I get to the doc’s office. This particular lication was close by so I stopped here. I was thinking I would sit inside today out of the wind, but I was a bit surprised to see there is only a drive-thru and a walk-up ordering stations. Both of which are outdoors. There is no indoor seating at this location. However, it was pretty enough to go ahead and sit on the nice patio under a sun unbrella. A really beautiful day for real. So I step up to the order window and was given a friendly greeting by an employee. Very nice guy. I told him I never had a breakfast here before and he told me of a few different sandwiches. The double smoked bacon sandwich sounded right up my alley. I really love bacon. But then again, who doesnt right? I also ordered a grande flat white. The drink came up first. He said the shots were poured short, but if I didn’t like it, he would remake it. It was a little weak, but not so bad I wanted it remade. And the sandwich? Wow! It had me from bacon. The bacon was cooked great. Not limp, but not overtly crisp. Just crisp enough to make it great. The egg and cheese on was good as well. The roll it came on was kind of like a flaky croisant, but shaped more like a biscuit. It wasn’t anything I would write home about, but I enjoyed it none the less. The service staff appears knowledgeable and friendly. The seating situation could stand some indoors. The consumables are fairly consistent with other Starbucks I have been to. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would probably visit again as long as the weather permits.

I’m done. Last week I order a 180 degree latte and it came out colder than«regular» temperature. They remade it. I went back today and they were out of splenda. Seriously? Run down the street to CVS or Kroger and get some. As for me, I’ll be going back to spring valley from now on…

The staff isn’t friendly and waiting in line for 20 minutes defeats the purpose of drive thru convenience. People started honking in line because it was taking so long. So annoying, get t together!!!

WOW!!! I am not sure what is going on with Starbucks in Houston, but service and even the coffee vary drastically by location. This one is the worst! They were training a new employee, so I tried to be patient with that… I remember what it is like. However, the other baristas got the order completely wrong, & it was actually bland. They were bothered and almost rude when I mentioned that the drink was wrong. What bothers me the most is that the place is absolutly filthy!

Bad place. Fenced in like a prison. Walk up and drive thru only. No lobby/inside service. Had my pike place, and it tasted like pure water. On my list of Starbucks to avoid. Most Starbucks inside retail stores, as well brew weak coffee.

Starbucks has a consistent product but the problem is in the quantity given. After paying about $ 4.60 for a Tall Pumpkin Spice Latte with no whipped cream, I expect to receive a full cup! (The pic I’ve attached shows what I got.) This is NOBUENO! I thought that by saying«no whipped cream» would mean a fuller cup. Guess I was wrong. The barrister evidently replaced the whipped cream with foam. Now I know to say«no whipped cream AND no foam». Better yet, I may just not order this again. Perhaps I’ll stick with iced tea lemonade.

Worst Starbucks ever! They don’t get anything right ever! Have stopped here several times as it is on my exit for work. Every cup of coffee I have ordered has not been right. I’ve received bistro boxes with the label broken. They never add the equal sweetener as requested. One morning I watched a guy make my coffee and put a mixture of sugar and sweet n low in it, when I clearly requested equal. I can’t do sugar or sweet in low. They need to teach these kids the correct recipes for drinks, how to follow instructions and better customer service skills.

Awesome service!!! I am so excited that this Starbucks is in our parking lot! Makes the morning route to work so much easier and saves time. They have an awesome team with great customer service!

!!customer service is excellent! This Starbucks location is made for drive thru’s but does offer patio seatings for customers. On Wednesday around 7pm, the boyfriend and I came to study & enjoy Houston’s sunset. They close at 9& while they were cleaning up, in a hurry we decided to leave(even though they said we did not have to rush and still had some time until 9pm). As we quickly left I carelessly left my side body bag resting on the chair and realized way to late to be able to come back or call. I waited until opening hours to find out they did in fact find my purse and kept it in safe keeping for me with everything still in it, from all my cash and cards to personal belongs! I am beyond blessed for kind hearted people and appreciate the staff members very much here! Thank you so much and keep up the good work! :)

It is a new starbucks, so I understand taking a little time, but I didn’t get into the drive through because it was such a long line. If it takes 5+ minutes to make the order, at least make it right. The barista put whip cream on my drink, and saw that I ordered no whip, she took it off. Other than that the drink came out all wrong.
