Went through the drive through on a dash headed to an event. It’s was mid afternoon on a Sunday and just a few cars in line. The cars moved quickly, however I ordered two of the same drink. An easy — white chocolate mocha. The first one came out super quick, the drink took a bit of time.
It didn’t look packed inside but just a little slow. No major complaints. Not like we can have everything at our beck and call in 2 seconds.
It’s Starbucks — if the drinks are made well I can’t complain.

The night crew was terrible. Took 8 mins to make one drink. Once drink was made it set there for 4 mins as they were to busy trying to clean up to get out earlier. When they poured the drink, they poured it into a tall instead of a grande cup spilling the remainder of my drink on the floor and handing me the tall. Will likely avoid this store in future as there are 30 Starbucks within a sq mile each other.

I think the stars it has it’s not enough. I come each morning on my way to school and am always treated so nicely. Starbucks always has big lines in the morning times so I expect traffic. Today I happen to come inside the afternoon and there was a friendly barista that offered me a free coffee the second I walked in. It wasn’t so much the coffee but how welcomed I felt. I’m always a Starbucks lover. If you wish to not wait in line in the morning, make your own coffee.

Starbucks is Starbucks, but this little Midtown outpost doesn’t live up to the brand.
Everytime it’s a wait, whether it’s in the morning with the crowd, or in the afternoon with the inter-​barista gossip taking priority.

Definitely avoid this Starbucks, with so many other great ones in the area don’t even waste your time going here. Baristas are uneducated and will try to overcharge you, or simply make your drink wrong like many others have said.

This Starbucks can in no way handle the morning rush. It looked like the baristas were making drinks for people they knew first rather than in the order in which people placed their orders. I waited 20 minutes for an iced coffee, and when I saw people who came in after me getting their drinks, I finally said something. The barista was in such a hurry to make my drink at that point that it tasted nothing like what I ordered. I will not be returning.

Quality service and friendly staff! 3 staff members in particular are very helpful when I come in. They are Jolene, Julian, and Julio (the manager). The mornings are normally packed but they do their best to get your drink and/​or food to you as soon as possible.

Went to this Starbucks this morning and ordered a Chai Tea Latte. If I wasn’t already on my way to work, I would have turned around. I don’t know if it was the barista working or what but it tasted like water. Had a friend taste it when I got to work and they said the same thing. It was the worst Starbucks drink I have ever encountered. How can you make a latte wrong?

The baristas are really nice and the inside of the store is in great shape. But 2 out of 3 times I have to run a gauntlet of panhandlers. Once I bought an extra sandwich which was refused so it is all about money. I’m thinking it is time to go elsewhere or maybe use the drive through for the first time in my life.

After waiting forever, so it seemed, even though it was after 6pm… I received a not-​so-​tasty iced coffee. Very disappointed, but already running late for an evening meeting so will have to just make the most of it. This is not usually the case with this location, slow yes, but usually spot on coffee…

Horrible service. 10 min wait for coffee. I ended up walking out. They need to remember there is more than one customer they need to assist. There were only 4 people in there at the time. There is a Starbucks on every corner. Find a different one.

It is very inconsistent how the baristas make you drinks. My orders were messed up for many times. Customer services are depending to who was working also. One time i got there and the barista was so nice to all the customers. And most of the other times they were so rude. Not mentioning about drive through– horrible.

So, this Starbucks is super convenient on my way to work, but I can’t seem to find a time when it isn’t crowded! It’s drive through line is crazy long before 9am, and it’s just as long at lunch time.
I would park and walk in for service, but parking in the mornings is tough to find in their shared lot!
I hope this improves, but it is nice to have Starbucks at this intersection. Maybe we need another one?
