I like this Starbucks. The staff is friendly. Allen is great — always remembers my choices and provides terrific service !!

This location is terrible. The service is ridiculously slow compared to other Starbucks in neighboring areas. The people looked like they hated working there by the looks on their faces. There were gnats flying around at the barista area and in the pastry fridge. If I were you, go to another location if possible.

Second time I’ve been there. First time was awful. Waited six months. It’s really close to work. I went in the afternoon. Three other customers in there. They got my order wrong and argued with me! One coffee. Iced. Too hard. They served it hot. So much grief, I just walked out and left it there. I will continue to go next door.

*Morning Staff = Great! *Afternoon Staff= Avoid! At Starbucks we give you a finishing touch == we lick the caramel off your glass before we hand it to you. .ahhh…gotta love Starbucks… decided to get a Caramel Macchiato today before work. Got to work and noticed the Carmel part was completely missing from the drink!!! Yayyy!!! not even a spec of Carmel to be found anywhere. Decided to go back to and get it remade at lunch. Started out well until ASUSUAL the«baristas» at this Starbucks decided to argue with me(perfect place to practice debate by the way = they back down to nooo onnee) They informed me that they could not take back or touch my coffee that I had brought back to show them. Hey no problem. I didnt want to touch that thing either but I saved it to show you your incompetence. Finally after going back and forth while the coffee sat on the drive thru window one of the employees finally decided to actually resolve the situation and offered to make me the CORRECTDRINKNOTBEFORE she ROLLEDHEREYESATME when I mentioned that if they didnt want to replace my drink I would just have corporate do it. All along I was being lectured by the Chief Health Inspector of Starbucks who was covered in tattoos from head to toe and had more piercings than I could count and other random holes all over him and full on facial hair and oversized beard covered with no net(oh come on now… you dont want to miss out on Gandalf’s magical beard sprinkles do you?) So now that I was FULLYINFORMEDWITHSTARBUCKSHEALTHRULESSINCETHEYAREOHSOSUPERRRIMPORTANTTOSTARBUCKSTROLLSTHEEMPLOYEEREACHEDOUTRANHERINDEXFINGERALLTHEWAYUPMYGLASSTOCATCHTHECARMELTHATHADSPILLEDOVERTHEGLASSANDLICKEDIT. Oh yessss she did… she licked… the carmel… off…my…glasss…wowwww. While Gandalf there handed me the coffee and sent me on my way which I immediately trashed. So if this empoyee licked my glass. she is a serial licker… she probably licks glasses everyday and then goes on to make peoples coffee sans gloves. Wellll… we are too kool for gloves okkkkk… too intellectual for gloves. .I would like to know if Starbucks employees are so SUPERINFORMED about health rules WHYARETHEYLICKINGOFFPEOPLE’S DRINKS??? Definitely would like an answer on that one there Starbucks. Also dont bother calling corporate on this place… the regional manager has been sleeping at the job for the past year… since they still havent contacted me regarding the last issue I had at this Starbucks where I gathered multiple receipts on my coffee runs and showed them that they have been overcharging me whenever they see fit. Also stay away from an employee named Sunny… she is just tooo angry that her parents named her Sunny which has NOTHING to do with her personality. Lick lick smak smak Starbucks! Thumbs Up!

Just got a venti white mocha from here and they have me a half way filled cup… Not to mention they’re more expensive than the original location I go to. Never coming here again. When I ask for a Venti I want a Venti completely filled to the top.

I don’t even know where to begin with this review. I have never experienced this low of customer service before in my life. The large dark headed hunchback running the drive thru window is about to be job hunting.

This is my go to Starbucks, I stop by every morning to get my fix. It is walking distance from my job. Sometimes I walk over with a co worker to get my favorite latte. There is also a drive thru if the weather is bad and you don’t want to get out of your car or walk up. I get a quad venti, toffee nut latte with soy and 2 equals. Service is good for a Starbucks and the staff is very friendly.

I have always had great service and delicious beverages at this location. Their team is really big on making recommendations which I personally appreciate. The position of their Drive-Thru allows easy access from Hwy 6 or Memorial. This location is the second furthest from my home but the closest to my new office so I’m sure I’ll begin to frequent more often. They are quick and extremely accommodating. I rarely chill in a Starbucks but when I have its always been at this location. I just like the vibe. Everyone’s doing their own thing. Lots of room/seating indoors and outdoors. Fast internet and they keep this place spotless.

I love this location because it is a drive thru and close to the Energy Corridor. The baristas are amazing and quite accommodating! They remember you and your drink every time! It’s like walking into Cheers, where everyone knows your name!

This was the best experience I have had in a Starbucks. It was Halloween morning, and the crew in there was so lively I know they were using their own product. The young lady who took my order was great! Happy, cheerful, happy to be there. I messed up my order. Starbucks believes that a Latte needs to be about half foam or more, and it really makes it tough for me to drink it. That morning, I forgot to mention the no foam thing and I got a drink i could not handle. I went up and for a spoon so i could get rid of the foam, and the young lady who took my order insisted that I let her make me another beverage. This Starbucks is not normally on my route, but WOW. what service.

I’m writing this review solely on service. Simply put, Amanda rocks! She was pushing some new similar-to-Keurig type of machine that SB will now be offering. Admittedly, I’m a frap girl but whatever she made for me was on point. Almost made me want to buy the thing. And her knowledge of the Starbucks’ franchise was incredible! Very impressive. Give this lady a raise, just don’t raise the price of these already overpriced concoctions in doing so. *^_^*

Super Fast & Friendly here right on the corner of Memorial &HWY6. This location is packed but quiet… great place for work to be done or catch up. I really do not know how they keep a smile on their face dealing with all the corporate heads they encounter through out day… and some can be pretty nasty. These Baristas are as sweet & spicy as my Chai, Love the way they make it! Trying for them to go Trenta on me soon for the 5th Star: P

The guy who took our order couldn’t get anything right. They gave us a free coffee, but still, pretty bad service. Granted that we had a 6 person order, but it still got messed up, so not cool. Really. By the way, the guy was Indian. I’m Indian. He still couldn’t get it right. Shame! Maybe even a fail!

Starbucks is… well, Starbucks! Their whole brand is built upon consistent flavors throughout their chain. And this one is no different. Quick, friendly service. Decently good coffee/coffee drinks and of course, my fav – Soy Vivano Smoothies. My only complaint with Starbucks is the signature hot cocoas getting discontinued. Boo!
