I like it here for thexample most part. Its a smaller quiet complex that seems to keep the weirdos away possibly because of the price point. There is new management and they are honest.

Absolutely satisfied with management, property– pretty much everything about these apartments. Don is awesome and has such an amazing and genuine personality, I can trust her to get things done. She knows her stuff and has an answer to everything! I haven’t dealt with any issues and doubt I will any time soon. If I do, I have confidence in the staff and that they’ll help me if I need it.

Very dishonest management. Very unorganized. The service to the residents is horrible. Had I few things that needed to fix in the apartment and I had to basically call every day for them to fix it. The parking situation is very bad also. I had a designated parking spot and someone else parked there I went to the office and they did nothing about it. They do not care about their residents.
