I often work in the Upper Kirby /​River Oaks area and there are no good places to grab a quick lunch and not be away from the job site too long so this Subway is a lifesaver. It’s not too crowded but I think that’s mostly because the staff is a well oiled (and vinegared) machine of efficiency that keeps the line moving even if the person in front of you is ordering a dozen sandwiches to take back to the office (or so they claim). Fresh breads, veggies, and a clean place.

Wow, really. I’m reviewing a Subway? Well, yes. It’s *my* Subway. It’s on the way to and fro’ running Memorial Park. The bread stays hot and fresh because this place always keeps a steady pace of customers. Oh, and lots of cute guys here (Memorial Park runners) … I like.
