This address is for an apartment. No physical location. Phone number goes to an answering machine. My guess is this is a home based business. Probably great quality, just need to order earlier than Valentine Eve!

Purchased a bag of 3 Chocolate Cake Pops at the Women’s Expo Show. Loved these pops! Cake inside was moist and chocolatey and the outer coating was also great tasting. I also purchased her Chocolate Covered Pretzels and they were also relish. Would definitely would buy again.

Where do I start… I bought a Groupon deal for 4 dozen cake pops for $ 48. The following is directly from the Groupon site and Sugar Bella«Sugar Bella can customize pops with different flavors and ribbon colors to fit any special event, be it a wedding, a birthday, or the first time counting to 10 without using your fingers. Gluten-free and sugar-free varieties are also available to accommodate those with dietary restrictions.» When I contacted Kriselda I explained I wanted the icing color to be pastel yellow and pastel green with a white drizzle for my sister in laws baby shower. She said she could do that for $ 8 per dozen, this is to add color to the icing(all this is aside from the $ 48 I have already paid for the Groupon voucher). I thought this was a bit much but I agreed. I asked her to arrange the cake pops in a bouquet, Kriselda charged me an additional $ 10 for that. So with the Groupon you are getting a basic white icing cake pop with a chocolate drizzle anything extra, for example what I asked for… will cost you a lot extra. I chose to pick up my order, I was not expecting to arrive at an apartment complex and I called Kriselda to make sure I was at the right location. She stated«Yes, just wait outside and I will be right out.» She then walks out in what looks like to be pajama pants, her hair was messy… completely unprofessional! The worst part of all was the bouquet, she had white icing on the pops with yellow and green drizzle and still had the audacity to charge me the extra $ 42. After telling her this is not what I ordered, to check her email(which she clearly stated she could accommodate my request) she reluctantly gave me $ 30, but said she was going to charge for the basket. A basket I could clearly find at the dollar store. The basket had a huge lump on the bottom and would not stand straight on the table. I was in disbelief. This was for a very special occasion, she managed to mess up the entire order. If it wasn’t for the cake and cupcakes I ordered from a respectable cake business, the dessert table would have been a disaster. I do not recommend Sugar Bella Cake Pops to anyone. I will be looking up the zoning laws to this apartment complex to make sure it is legal to run a business out of the unit.
